"Techno, my man" Tubbo greeted him sweetly, but the bitterness in his tone could be heard by the deaf.

"Uh, hello" Techno shuffled awkwardly with his axe in another hand, the implications of it were too gruesome for Tubbo to dwell on, so he simply didn't. Thinking too hard on subjects had been his downfall, ruined him. He was sure that Techno would understand. Well, Techno didn't understand much did he?

"What do you need?" Tubbo deadpanned while leaning against his door, he was already growing tired of talking to the man. He would hold out though, even though the emptiness of something on his ring finger made him feel like a piece of him was missing.

"Well, you know Manberg," Techno moved his arm around while he was talking, being careful to not move the ax in the younger direction.

"I definitely know Manberg." Tubbo glared hard. Techno did not have any fear of the boy standing in front of him, but he did have guilt. He didn't know to count it as a blessing or a curse, although he wouldn't be surprised if it was a mix of both.

"I'm sorry, really" Techno choked out, the emotion in his voice was settle but enough to be noticeable. The words came out in a way that could only be described as remorseful. But Tubbo had heard so many remorseful people before, he wasn't sure it was real or not. And so he tightened his grip on the door.

"Techno if you've come here with another sob story apology for the scar on my face, I'm over it" He started to close the door in the brutes face but he held a hand up to stop him.

"Tubbo I-" Techno started, but he wasn't able to get a word out. Anger had somehow consumed the boy in front of him, all he wanted was his son, husband, and Technoblade out of his doorstep.

"You're here for that? Or are you here to try and tell me to act tougher? Be more like Schlatt? Or the countless other things you've shown up to my doorstep for," Tubbo was trying to use his force to push the door back on him, but even though he worked out Technoblade would be stronger. It was his thing, wasn't it?

"Tubbo if you'd let me explain," Techno said, letting a poor excuse of a plea fall from his lips.

"You know what, go ahead," Tubbo said, his grip wouldn't falter from the door but he didn't care. If he cooperated, he was sure it'd be fine. He wasn't completely backed down though, but as the obscurities of what he wanted to do to the man danced in his mind- he was sure it'd be better if he let him continue on.

"Well,  Quackitys has gone missing from Manberg and we just assumed that since he's your, you know" Technos's voice left his throat, he didn't know what Tubbo had made of Quackity. Maybe he hadn't made anything of him at all.

"Father?" Tubbo questioned,

"Yes, that he might be here" Techno coughed into his arm, an awkward cough, one that was brought on by an obscure silence in the room.

"Well, I assure you he's not. But you're coming inside anyway aren't you?" Tubbo groaned in annoyance like a child, deep down inside he was still a bit of a child. Under all those layers of hurt, he was in fact a child. That goat hybrid child that had to explain to people he was not white.( 'what" 'my dads quackity' 'what about schlatt?' 'does he fucking look white to you?!' ) Tubbo was sure he had gotten caught up enough in his thoughts to go into autopilot mode, but unfortunately, he hadn't.
