Y/N

~~~
THE CASTLE looked just like how it was when I left Hogwarts for my last year. Dark, paintings smiling down at me, a bit cold from the England weather, yet I felt at home.
A small smile spread on my face as I walked out of the room of requirement. It was quiet, everyone probably in their own classes. I missed the times all I worried about was being late for class, and accidentally forgetting about doing my schoolwork.
I let my feet bring me anywhere, and everywhere, not really minding the nostalgia running through me. The cobblestone walls, the stained glass windows, and the sun shining through them.
Oh how much I've missed this.
For some reason, my feet brought me to my old common room, just by the kitchens. I grin, very tempted to knock on the barrels to see if they never changed the password, but decided against it. Instead, I walked towards the very familiar fruit bowl painting, "Hello there, old friend," I laughed, tickling the pear in the painting, and just like that, the door to the kitchens opened.
I walked in with a bit of hesitance. I knew I came into the castle uninvited, but so did Draco. And I'm only here for him.
However, I doubt he'll be in the kitchens.
"Is that Ms. Edinburgh Winky sees?"
At the tiny voice, I turned my head, my face lighting up at the sight of my favourite house elf, "Winky!" I exclaimed, kneeling down to her level, giving her a hug, which the elf gladly returned.
"Winky missed Ms. Y/N very much," the elf pulled away with an excited jump, "If Ms. Y/N will let Winky, ma'am, Winky would love to make Ms. Y/N her favourite chocolate pudding!"
Before I could even stop her, she was already walking around the kitchen, making me some chocolate pudding, "That'll be very nice. Thank you, Winky," I smiled at her.
Sitting down on the huge countertop, I couldn't help but remember the late nights I spent here, eating, while chatting up with Winky, telling her all about Muggle stuff I missed so much, and she would always ask me more about it, so interested about non-magical things.
Winky climbed up the counter, giving me a cup of pudding, "Winky hopes this makes Ms. Y/N happy," the elf said.
I took the cup, "Thank you, Winky. This makes me very happy," I told her, and started eating, my eyes closing in such satisfaction, "Merlin, they're even better than I remembered!"
"Ms. Edinburgh?"
I couldn't help but jump at the voice, quickly turning around, only to see McGonagall standing by the doorway with a raised eyebrow.
"Professor- Er, Headmistress, I'm sorry to barge in unannounced," I wipe any excess pudding from my lips with the back of my hand, straightening my posture, "But I actually did want to talk to you.. About something."
McGonagall, nevertheless slightly surprised, didn't seem confused. She never did seem confused.
"Come to my office, Ms. Edinburgh."
