I wrote this story all because of a what if back in July 2020- the 18th, to be specific. I asked myself, what if Narcissa died in the war? I never really thought I'd write it, but here we are! Only eleven days after Risk! (Yes, it's August 24th as I write this Author's note hehe. And, read Risk if ya haven't HEHEHEHE)
As I wrote this book, every chapter having a story of its own, I couldn't help but feel connected to both Y/N and Draco. Especially in the epilogue- I thought it was a nice pinch of salt to add to the cut. I enjoyed writing their journey, I hope you enjoyed going through it with them as much as I did. I know you didn't expect me to write a semi-spicy scene, especially since I never write those aahh!!
Before I forget, I just want to share a tiny funfact!
Y/N was pregnant, because unprotected seggs ehe, but then they sadly didn't live long enough to find out. But even though, at least Draco has finally reunited with his mother, and Y/N finally got the chance to meet her! So overall, this was a bittersweet story, and I loved every bit of it.
Let's get off the teary vibe, and actually be happy, shall we?

Once again, thank you for coming with me through this journey! Might be taking a break for a while from writing, since I've ran out of drafts (I actually deleted them oops).
But when I come back, it might not be for another Draco book.. but rather.. someone from Hufflepuff?
