"What are you bunch laughing at?" I looked up from a practice potion to see the marauders come in laughing.
"We pranked Snivellous." James spoke up. "Jeez guys." "Aww does someone pity him?" Sirius teased. "Why didn't you invite me?!" I asked shocked. "I didn't wanna interrupt your studying." James said.
"Speaking of which, try this." I handed James a potion. "What is it?" He asked opening it and smelling it. Remus took it and forced it down James throat.
I looked at him surprised. "Truth potion." He smirked. "Oooh. Who do you fancy?" Sirius asked him. "Y-" he covered his mouth. "Y/n." He blurted. "You owe me ten galleons mate." Remus told Sirius. "What was the bet?!" Peter asked. "It was either y/n or Lily Evans."
"I would've bet my money on Evans. I'm off to bathe." I told them. "Bye." They all said. Except James. I've never seen him so embarrassed.
I took a long warm bath, while keeping curfew hours. When I came back the marauders were gone. James was on the couch reading.
"James Potter can read?" "Oh shove off!" He laughed. I sat beside him leaning over slightly to see the book. "You keep blushing and your gonna make the room hot." I told him. I sat back. "Sorry. It's just...." He looked up at me. "Anyone ever tell you how beautiful you are?"
"Yes." "Who?" He seemed envious. "You silly. Just now." He laughed in relief. "Anyone tell you that you have a warm smile?" "Yup. You." He smiled again giving me butterflies.
"Do you fancy me lass?" "I- Uhm. Well, yes." I looked down. "Look at me." He said. I did.
"I fancy you more." He placed his book down. And leaned in for a kiss. I leaned back and kissed his cheek. "Really!!" He yelled.
I laughed and ran to the girls dorm as he laughed.
