Where it all started III

"What should we do tonight?" Rosie asked to her friends while sitting on her bed. It was the weekend and the summer break was slowly approaching. They were very much looking forward spending time with their respective families after working so hard during the last year. The company had in mind to form a big girl group that could be as big as 2ne1 and all four girls, Jennie, Lisa, Jisoo and Chaeyoung, were recruited to be in the group together with other five girls. They all shared a dorm together and during weekends they liked to all hang out.

"Have no idea.." Jisoo replied vaguely while playing at her nintendoDS. She would rather stay home and play games. That is, after all, her way of releasing stress.

Lisa was sitting on the floor leaning her head on Jennie's knee, who by the way was sitting on Jisoo's bed. "We could go to the Arcade.." She suggested raising her head to look at Jennie and gently tapping her leg as to get her attention. They both used to hang out there a lot and play all the fun games the club had to offer.

"Yeah!" The cat-eyed beauty replied with a smile. "It's been so long..." She said looking directly at the brunette Thai with a smirk that had a meaning to it but that only Lisa could catch. In fact she responded with the same kind of smirk before returning in the same position she was in the first place.

Arcade was one of the places Jennie and Lisa used to hang out the most when the Thai just moved in from Thailand. The Korean brunette had such an innate talent for those games while Lisa was rather clumsy and goofy. But she made Jennie smile and that was enough. The latter had once challenged her to grab her a Teddy bear at the claw machine but Lisa never managed to get it for her. She tried really hard to please Jennie with that but that freaking machine was a scam in her opinion.

"I mean, I'm always down when it comes to playing games." Jisoo looked up from her DS to the other girls.

When everyone agreed to it they got ready and left.

"Uhh! Great shot, Jen!" Jisoo said while watching her friend play.

"Yes Euna!! You got it!" Miyeon had a fist up encouraging her. They were all cheering her friends who were playing a shooting game against each other. They both are really competitive but Lisa, as everyone in their hearts, knew that the victory was Jennie's.

"Won!" Jennie chirped raising her fake pistol with both hands. Once she had placed it back on place Lisa was immediately there to high her double five.

"That's my girl!" She exclaimed without putting too much thought into it but Jennie immediately froze in the brief hug they were sharing and when she pulled away her smile had dropped and her eyes were avoiding the taller girl's ones. Lisa could notice a slight blush redding her fluffy cheeks and felt immediately bad about it. She probably overstepped some boundaries but she couldn't point a finger on what she did wrong.

"Come on, Lisa. Let's try that one." Rosie came and pulled Lisa towards the claw machine.

"Oh, I hate this!" Lisa rolled her eyes playfully.

"You're just really bad at games..." Rosie joked. Lisa frowned jokingly while trying to suppress a smile.

"Let's see if you are any better, Miss Roseanne." Lisa invited her to try, emphasising all by extending her hand out and towards the machine.

Rosie calmly put the money in and immediately was so focused on her prize. She really wanted to get the cute little avocado plushie.

"Wow Rosie Posie you are doing so good." Jennie approached with a smile on her face careful not to distract the younger girl.
