"Mr.Shaan take care of her and we'll take care of this bastards!Le Chalo inhe!",The inspector said and smiled.

Shaan observed her face,that bright beautiful face was pale and dead.He tucked her hair behind and picked her up in his arms and moved to his car.Mini picked her bag.

"Dada you sit with her behind,I'll drive.",Mini said as they reached to the car.

"Are you sure?",Shaan asked.

Mini smiled in assurance. She helped him to sit in the car and sat at the driver seat. Shaan sat behind taking her head in his lap wrapping his arms around her, her body was freezing as ice, he rubbed her palms and covered her with his coat. He checked her pulse, it was very low. Shaan's worry was increasing every moment.He took out his phone and dialed Suhasini's Number.

"Maa call Dr.Ghosh as soon as possible.I am reached home in while."

"Arre par hua kya?"

"Will tell you later you just call her."

She hummed and he hung up.

"Ms.Shloka please get up.",he slightly tapped her cheeks.

She didn't moved a bit.He was continuously rubbing her hands to keep her warm.Mini drove swiftly pressing the accelerator as she saw Shaan getting worried.

"Dada we have reached.Run fast inside!!",Mini said pressing the break and opened the door for him.

He picked her up and rushed inside the house.Suhasini,Tapan and Rajan was standing in the varanda waiting for him.

"Shaan took her to your room,Dr.Ghosh is already there.",Tapan said an Shaan nodded and rushed upstairs to his room.

He lied her on the bed and let Dr.Ghosh examine.He was standing there removing his specs keeping hands on his waist and constantly looking at his Ms.Shloka.

After a while Dr.Ghosh came to him and said,"Don't worry Shaan she'll be back in her conscious in next 10-15 mins as the effect of chloroform will get reduced.She is having lack of oxygen and energy as she haven't had anything for much long and she might will feel nausea and dizziness coz of the chloroform.Take care of her,I have kept the tablets on the table,give her them after feeding her something when she woke up.Okay!"

Shaan nodded.

"If anything happens call me and don't worry much.She'll be fine.",She said and tapped his shoulder and left the room.

Shaan went toward her and sat next to the bed on a stool, held her hand and caressed her head.

"Why you do this to yourself!Ek baar mere baarein mein toh socha hota!",his voice broke.

"Main...main sab theek kar dunga.I promise you Ms.Shloka!I won't let anyone to break you anymore.I am always with you damn it!",he tried to smile looking at her and kissed her hand.

Everyone was standing teared up and adoring the two.

Shaan's POV

I was caressing her hands taking it in mine.I looked at her face,she slightly opened her eyes a bit.

"Ms.Shloka.",I uttered.

She opened eyes fully and held her head.I made her sit.

"Are you okay?"

"Ba..bu Mo..shay..Aap?",she uttered those words and I was so happy after hearing those two words after so long,a tear rolled down from my eye in contentment.I just nodded smiling.

She hugged me immediately with moist eyes.She is back with me finally.I hugged her more tightly,I want her to let out all the pain via this tears.

I kept rubbing her back and she kept her face on my shoulder.I closed our eyes for a while.I broke the hug gently.We looked deep into eachother's eyes.

"Feeling well?",I asked wiping her tears.

She nodded.

"Go get a quick wash up,I'll be back with the food.Don't ask questions,will tell you everything in the morning.",I held her hand.

I helped her to get down the bed and then went out of the room and went downstairs.

"Dada,Ms.Shloka?",Mini asked as I reached to the varanda.

"Hosh aa gaya hai.",I smiled.

Maa joined her hands looking at the mandir and then looked at me with a smile.

"Main khana lagati hu.",she said and went to the kitchen.

Kaka came towards me and kept his hand on my head.

"Dhayan rakhna uska,phool si bacchi hai.",he said and I nodded.

"Kaka,Baba you both go and sleep its very late.",Mini said.

Mini you too go and sleep!Kal college hai na!Its 12:37 already.Go!",I said looking at my watch.

She came towards me and half hugged me.I kissed her forehead and three of them left for their rooms.Maa came out of the kitchen with two plates.

"Chal Shaan,I'll feed both of you.",she said.

"Maa,time kya ho raha hai?Kal you have your meeting na early morning?",I said taking plates from her.

"Arre kuch nahi hota,waise bhi mujhe der se hi neend aati hai.",she yawned.

"Maa,go and sleep.Aapka Shaan kar lega sab.Bharosa karo!",I assured her.

"Khud se zyada bharosa hai tujhpar toh!Mujhe toh apni Shloka se milna tha.",She ruffled my hairs.

"Come with me then.",I said.

We both went to my room and saw Shloka sitting on the bed quietly.We both sat next to her.Maa fondled her hairs and took one plate from me.

"Kha ke batao kaisa bana hai Mishti!",she said and fed her a bite.

She chewed the food and said,"Khub Bhalo Aunty,ekdum Maa jais.....",she stopped and looked away.

"Rasmalai koun khaega?",I asked and picked it up in the spoon to change her mood.

"Me!",she said and ate it from my hand.

I looked at her in amusement and she raised her eyebrows.

"Kya?I wuw Rafmalai!",she said eating.

Three of us Giggled.
