- A Search -

How beautiful would it be if you can travel any place you wish?

To uncover the secrets of lost cities, walk on roads made of stone built by disciples of those in legends and myths.

To be in a foreign land you just know you have been connected to in a past lifetime, a sense of déjà vu in every ruined church and temple, as if you once held unto the same beliefs.

And to communicate with another soul, so similar yet so different, without using the words you know?

I long for a place I belong to, a place I can call home.

In which I can run to with weary bones.

A safe place for the lost and defeated.

A sanctuary for those destined to be someplace else other than the home they have always known.

To travel not as an escape but as a search.

Seeking for the destination during the journey.

Looking but not knowing where.

It could be foolish thinking to desire such place, when you can't even step outside without it feeling like a crime.

But with all the What Could Have Been, is it even a sin to dream?
