Jimin wasn't sure what he was doing.

Why did he agree to come and stay with Jungkook? The logical part of his brain knew this was stupid, dangerous and reckless. Jungkook was sweet, a soft and caring guy but he was also an Alpha and had made it clear from the start that he was interested. Jimin knew that Jungkook wouldn't hurt him but what if he lost the battle with his Alpha? Jimin wouldn't be able to overpower him. Jungkook was twice his size on muscle mass alone. Jimin kept his half-lidded gaze turned out to the passing scenery, trying not to make it as obvious that he was having an anxiety attack. His mind couldn't help but flash to that night. The night he shared a kiss with Jungkook. He would deny it if openly asked but that kiss had been on his mind ever since. The feeling of Jungkook's lips. They were soft and warm; the kiss had been passionate but gentle and it caused a flurry of emotions in Jimin. Emotions that Jimin didn't want to experience or get distracted with. Then why was he in this car?

"We are almost there." Jungkook said, his voice cutting through Jimin's thoughts.

Jimin stared at Jungkook through his reflection in the glass of the window. Giving a small nod even though the Alpha wasn't looking at him.

"Are you hungry? I can stop and get us something or I can cook?" Jungkook asked.

Jimin's eyes lifted a bit, finally turning his head to look at Jungkook. Taking a moment to admire his handsome side profile.

"You cook?" Jimin asked, sounding genuinely surprised.

Jungkook let out a soft, airy laugh that made Jimin's heart skip a beat. It sounded so nice and innocent, like a child that found something generally amusing.

"I am nothing compared to one of my Hyungs, but I can manage basic stuff like ramen." Jungkook admitted with a scrunch of his face as he smiled.

Jimin was entranced. Jungkook was such an anomaly to him. Was he really an Alpha?

"Ah, well I'm not really hungry." Jimin said.

Jungkook's smile faded, and he side glanced at Jimin before he turned his gaze forward. His brows furrowed and it looked as if he was struggling with something internally. Jimin turned his gaze forward, having a feeling he knew what it was that Jungkook wanted to comment about. Only because the other had brought it up a few times before.

"Are you sure? It isn't any trouble." Jungkook tried again.

"Jungkook." Jimin said, closing his eyes. "I'm really not – "

"Please Hyung. You didn't eat lunch when we were out earlier, even if it is just something small." Jungkook pleaded as he stopped at a red light and turned his head to look at Jimin.

Jimin met his gaze but wished he hadn't. Those huge, doe eyes were lethal as he stared worriedly at him and Jimin sighed softly. He looked down at his hands, half hidden by his sleeves, and he toyed with one of the silver rings on his finger.

"Okay." Jimin said, giving in.

Jungkook's smile immediately took over his face once more, his expression bright.

"Really!? Awesome! Uh, what would you like?" Jungkook asked, pushing on the gas as the light changed.

"Hm. Anything is fine, what do you like to eat?" Jimin asked, curious to know a little more about Jungkook for a reason he couldn't quite figure out.

"Ah, I am sure my diet is horrible compared to yours Hyung, but I would be down for some fried chicken, that sound, okay?" Jungkook asked.

Jimin couldn't help the chuckle as he sat back a little. His laugh seemed to catch Jungkook's attention since he side glanced at him quite a few times in between watching the road.
