Chapter 7 || Spying and Crying

!!Blood, and small bit of swearing!!

Dream was in his garden again, pulling weeds and planting new seeds that he had found, he also picked the fruits and vegetables that were ready,

"Hey Dream!" He heard from behind him, he turned to see Drista walking towards him,

"Hey Drista, do you need something?" Dream asked, "No, but I'm bored want to go spy on the SBI family with me?" Drista asked,

"If XD is ok with it, sure," Dream laughed, Drista rolled her eyes, "Fine, I'll go ask.." complained,

Drista and Dream went inside, "I should go change into clean clothes.." Dream said, his clothes were covered in dirt and plants,

"Try to wear white, it blends in with the snow better, so it's better for sneaking around a snowfield wearing white," Drista explained,

"Alright, you do that, I'll go ask," Drista said, they both did what they said they were going to do and met again at the front door,

They both wore plain white masks and completely white clothes so it allowed them to blend in better with the snow,

"XD said we can as long as we're back by 8pm," Drista explained,

"Alright, let's go, I'll follow you" Dream said, and Drista and Dream left the house,

After an hour of talking about random things, they had arrived at the snowfield that surrounded the SBI houses,

"Alright how do you want to do this?" Dream asked, "Hang out around Tommy's house? It's a nice day out, there's a high chance they're already outside," Drista said, Dream nodded,

"Lead the way," he told her, they snuck around in the snow, once they reached Tommy's house Drista flew to the roof and Dream climbed to the roof,

Once they were both on the roof they sat down and looked over the edge, the frozen garden appeared to have people in it,

"Hey, who are they?" Drista whispered to Dream, "Uh, Techno.. Tommy?.. Wilbur.. and Phil, maybe Ranboo and Niki.. I can't tell from here, it's most likely them though," Dream whispered back,

They were quite far up, Dream was barely able to make out who was who,

"Maybe we can.. get closer? They might be talking.." Drista whispered, "Alright, you fly I'll run, make sure you fly fast though," Dream whispered,

Drista nodded and took off and flew fast, she was over on the other roof in a split second, it would've been hard to see her, even if you looked closely, it was a nice little bonus of having wings,

Dream quietly snuck off the roof, staying as low to the ground as possible without touching it, he quietly snuck across the snow,

He accidentally stepped on a animal bone that was left laying around, it cracked under his foot, Dream cursed and his breath and booked it to the roof, not caring if he left footprints, and he climbed the roof fast and was able to hear what the people were saying,

"You certainly got here quietly," Drista hissed, "Shush! They're speaking!" Dream hissed back,

"Did you guys hear that?" Techno asked, "What do you mean?" Wilbur asked,

"I think I heard something crack? Over there," Techno said, pointing to where the bone was,

"I'll go check it out," Phil told him, and walked towards the bone,

"Shit, I think I gave us away," Dream muttered, Techno definitely heard that, he looked up but couldn't see Drista and Dream because they ducked away from the edge,
