Chapter 9 || Reunited and Wing problems

Quackity awoke and yawned, "Good morning.." he heard Sapnap tiredly say to him, Quackity hummed in response,

"He's awake now?.." he heard Karl yawn, "Good morning.." Quackity said quietly,

Sapnap got up and Quackity turned to cling onto Karl, Sapnap and Karl laughed at the boy's antics, Sapnap left and then Karl tried to get up, Quackity whined, clinging more onto Karl,

"Quackity, I have to get up," Karl laughed, "Noo.." Quackity complained, Karl sighed, "If I don't get up I won't cuddle you later," Karl said,

Quackity practically jumped up which made Karl laugh, Karl grabbed his hand and led him downstairs where Sapnap was cooking breakfast,

"Hey guys!" Sapnap said happily once he saw them, "Hey Sap! What are you making?" Karl asked, "Pancakes," Sapnap said with a shrug,

Quackity's eyes lit up, "I like pancakes!" He said, Karl giggled while Sapnap laughed,

"That's good! It'll be done in a couple minutes!" Sapnap laughed.

-With Dream and them-

Dream awoke with a start, everything weirdly didn't hurt anymore and he felt something new, something he hadn't felt in awhile,

Dream looked to see XD sitting in a chair,

"Turns out the potion got your wings and horns back too," XD told him, Dream gasped in happiness and looked behind him,

Sure enough there were beautiful black and purple Ender Dragon wings, they were quite big but Dream didn't care,

Dream touched his head and felt long sharp horns which he guessed were a shiny black,

Dream teared up in joy, he was so happy he had finally gotten them back, Dream jumped up and hugged XD,

"Thank you so much!" Dream cried, "Why are you thanking me? Thank Lucid! He gave you the potion," XD said in a confused tone, Dream pulled away from the hug,

"But you gave me hope! I needed the hope of getting them back!" Dream exclaimed,

"Oh then your welcome," XD said, Dream ran out of the room, XD sighed before following him,

Dream burst into the backyard, he knew Drista, Lucid, and Nightmare were in the backyard,

Dream ran to a bench where the three were sitting by, Drista was sitting on the ground, Nightmare was on a swing nearby and Lucid was on the bench,

"Hey guys!" Dream greeted happily, the three looked at him, "You have wings?!" Nightmare screamed happily, Dream flinched but they didn't notice it,

"Yeah! The potion Lucid gave me brought them back!" Dream said happily, Lucid stood up happily, "Do you remember how to fly?" He asked happily,

"I never even learned to fly," Dream told them, "Oh, sorr- wait! We can teach you!" Lucid pointed out excitedly,

"Alright let's go!" Dream said happily,

After hours of practice Dream started getting the hang of it, he couldn't really fly that fast but he was still happy with his progress,

They were in the air a couple thousand blocks off the ground, Dream was extremely happy in the air, he was doing little flips and tricks in the air,

"It's getting late guys, we should head back," Nightmare told them, it was indeed getting dark,

"No, let's stay out a little longer," Dream told them, "Well, I'm heading back," Nightmare said laughing at him,
