CITLALI AND THE GIRLS ARRIVED A FRW DAYS AGO AT SANTO PADRE, SANTIAGO crashed at Angel. Spending more time with the eldest Reyes. Surprisingly the two have been getting along, without Ez and Citlali, at times excluding without intentions of actually excluding them. Citlali couldn't help but smile, seeing Angel and Santiago get along, it was such a rare sight. Usually the youngest and oldest Reyes spent it arguing, both being so alike.
Today the Reyes girls were helping Felipe at the shop, Citlali couldn't help but smile seeing her daughters play on one of the tables. Citlali kept her father company helping him in any way she could, such as sweeping. It took her back to her childhood, her helping in the shop.
The day was pretty uneventful, until Citlali received the call from JJ.
"Whats wrong?" Citlali says feeling something wrong, JJ would only call if there was an emergency, especially while Citlali was home. Citlali knew that team could handle themselves with the case load.
"It's Spencer." JJ says.
"What happened?" Citlali asks and her father could see her worried eyes. "Do you need me to come back?" She asks.
"We're in Mexico." JJ says, "Spencer's been charged with murder."
"Where exactly? I'll fly down." Citlali says standing up and her fathers eyes don't leave her figure. This can't be happening again, Citlali thinks to herself. Not Spencer, he can't. He wouldn't.He wouldn't hurt someone unless his life and others was at risk. Her mind races.
"No, stay home, I'll keep you updated." JJ tells her.
"How bad is it?" Citlali asks her.
"It doesn't look good." JJ tells her and Citlali sighs.
"Get him a lawyer, don't let him speak to anyone besides the team." Citlali tells her.
"Emily's on it." JJ says.
"What about the evidence?" Citlali asks her, and she looks seeing her brothers entering her fathers shop.
"His prints were on the knife." JJ tells her and Citlali sighs as JJ tells her more about the case and promised to keep her updated.
"Whats wrong?" Santiago asks her first.
Citlali swallows before shaking her head, "nothing, Pops I'm going to head home, making lunch." She says and Santiago knows something is clearly wrong. He nods knowing not to push her, Ez and Angel look at her concerned. She mouths the them later, and tells her dad not to worry before leaving with the girls and Santiago to make lunch.
