*Annie POV*

"No way" i looked over at Reiner who was still having a breakdown because of Maiko " we are not doing that"

Erwin sighed "well i think we'd let y/n make the decision" as soon as Erwin said that two of Mario his men came into the room with both porco and y/n handcuffed, my eyes spread widely as i saw the bruises on Y/n her face a wave of anger filled me.

"Alright Alright we'll convince them" i slowly got up with my hands above my head Erwin opened the door for me i looked up to the building where Pieck and Bertholdt where located.

" Annie? " Pieck gasped " Bertholdt we have to help her" she demonstrated, Bertholdt kept looking at me with a cold but painful glare he knew exactly what was going on.

"Pieck" i shouted "pieck you have to listen to me!" Pieck gave me a confused look " get down here with your hands above your head please"

"wait.." it took Pieck a couple of seconds to realize what was going on "Annie don't tell me we are turning ourselves in we've came so far!"

"Just do as i say so otherwise we'll end up like him" i shouted with tears in my eyes "who is 'him'? "

i took a deep breath and his name escaped my mouth "Maiko"

Pieck her eyes turned bright "no Annie he isn't dead right? you didn't let him die right? you would never he's like a brother to you!"

i bit my bottom lip "I KNOW PIECK I TRIED EVERYTHING I COULD OKAY? I FAILED BUT PLEASE DO WHAT I SAY I DONT WANT TO LOSE ANY OF YOU GUYS AGAIN"

Pieck looked over at Bertholdt who was gazing out "Bert what do you say?"

"bert-" bertholdt pulled out a gun and pointed it right at Pieck "i dont wanna do this Pieck"

Pieck was confused not because of the situation but because of the fact that Bertholdt betrayed them for the second time.

" Y/n should've killed you when she had the chance Hoover" She said in a cold tone. Bertholdt his hands started to shake he had to make a decision: betray us or stand with us.

"Pieck watch out!" i screamed as one of Mario his man sneaked up to them, he had a gun in his hand and was ready to shoot.

Berthold pointed his gun at the guy and quickly pulled the trigger without looking at him, Pieck her jaw dropped as she looked at Bertholdt who was about to burst into tears
