That particular day was busier than ever, but not very eventful. It was like all the chores were dumped on our heads at once.
The 20th of December started with a phone call from my dad. He was in the car driving to the nearest airport with his two colleagues.
After that, it was me and mom gushing around the house doing decorations and hanging fairy lights. The living room and porch glowed by the evening, when Kai and Beomgyu arrived. We all had a cup of tea, chatting about our daily lives.
Later that day tried to call Soobin but he just won't pick up so I just didn't try anymore. Maybe he was busy with his projects due before Christmas holidays.
And just like that, a day passed away.
