After a while Karkat had fallen asleep on eridan's chest. Eridan lightly sighed laying back, holding him in his arms as karkat cuddled close to him. He wondered why he did this, he should have known something was wrong by the way karkat was acting.
Eridan is going to keep his promise and stay with karkat. Karkat slept, purring silently. For once he actually felt safe in the sea dwellers arms, enjoying the comfort he hadn't felt in a while. He hoped that eridan wouldnt leave him like everyone else did.
