So everything turned out well marcel and Rebekah lived happily ever after . Klaus and Caroline raised Lizzy Josie and hope . In a few years keelin and freya will meet and live happily ever after as well Hayley and Jackson lived happily. Hayley even convinced Jackson to become a vampire so they could live forever. Fin eventually trusted his family although it took forever. Katherine and Elijah remained happy and when Lucifer he will take trips to hell grows up he will go the Salvatore school with his cousins. It's happy ever after always and forever.
