Chapter 1

Y/N: Come again?

"You heard me right."

Y/N: no I heard you, I don't know what you're talking about.

"Im giving you a second chance, if you're willing to take it-"

Y/N:-but-

"-Shut" she put her hand over your mouth "If you would let me explain it please."

You nod and she takes her hand off your mouth

"What I will do to you it will feel almost like a, whats it called? game..thing?"

Y/N: video game?

"yes, that."

Y/N: How and why?

She then glides her hand over your head, then the void behind you begins shifting into images. Many with explosions, guns, fire, and people screaming, dying, and then it pans to a man in a suit with no eyes or mouth. the vision pans out to a view of the entire planet, which from normal slowly engulfed in smoke and fire as it glided through space. 

Y/N: what was that? armogedon or somth'n?

"That my dear, is inevitable, an unknown party wages a war against the "heroes" and wins, with strength and numbers. You can, however, stop this with an army that you must build"

Y/N: how in the name of monkey business am I supposed to do that? I'm only 15 and in middle school man. 

"This I shall explain in further detail, as I'm sure you know. Hero's stray from killing, they try to capture, and not kill, and this shall be their downfall. They will try and save the enemy and not destroy them, this will result in the staggering growth of villains and terrorist organizations. This is where you come in."

She brings out a small microchip

"Here" she starts walking towards you

Y/N: Wait a minute hold up.

she paused as you spoke up.

Y/N: w-why me? like ain't I dead right now? 

"the choice was random"

Y/N: that's gotta be a lie. 

"let's proceed."

she gripped the side of your head with one hand as she pushed the chip into your eye socket.

Y/N: ow-ow-ow-ow-WA! 

"This chip shall be the way you communicate, when you leave here, it shall activate. Oh, and the better you do at your school and hero work it shall give you exclusive rewards."

Y/N: Rewards? what do you mean? I'm so confused.

You began to glow brightly, and you could hear yelling voices

"It seems that you have been found in the world, this is goodbye for now."

"Wait! I don't even have your name!"

She paused as if deciding how to answer

"My name is, Gabriel."

Y/N: Gabriel? why do I know that name? are you one of my suppliers?

"Questions for another time, I shall see you soon Y/N."

She disappears from your vision, and when the light subsides you see some men in fishing outfits. that's when you felt all the injuries hitting you at once. 

Y/N: *weakly* what-the-hell?
