the day had finally come, the day of the U.A entrance exam's. you were dressed in a shirt that had Monkey Buisness written on it with a pair of grey sweats and a pair of hightops. you strolled up to Izuku's door and rang the door bell. when you rang it you heard him fumbling around inside, probably super nervous.
izuku: (Muffled) One second.
He opened the door as his mom stood right behind him.
Y/N: Hi Mrs. Midoriya.
Inko: goodmorning Y/N sweetheart, are both you boys ready?
Izuku: W-we sure are!
Y/N: yessir.
Inko: Now please be careful you two! be sure to call me when its over!
Izuku: I will mom.
She then gripped you two into a super tight hug, which felt like it was crushing your torso.
Y/N: okay-okay that's enough please!
She released you and bid farewell as you two made your way to the train station. on our walk Izuku seemed to be muttering to himself, well more than he usually does.
Y/N: Izuku, you okay?
Izuku: Huh!? Yeah just nervous.
He said twirling his thumbs
Y/N: Ah it's alright man. So am I, I'm shaking in my boots, we may be the only two trying out without a quirk, so we gots to stick together y'know?
Izuku: Y-yeah!
in his head Izuku was rapidly thinking of ways he could pull this off without it looking like he had a quirk. it would be nearly impossible though. the rest of the walk he looked forward saddened.
Y/N: fuck sake that's one big ass gate.
arriving at the front of the school the two of you stood looking at the U.A badge on the top of the arch. just admiring it. you took the first step inside and began to admire the statues around the courtyard. izuku followed as many other students started filing in.
Bakugo: Stupid deku!
hearing that voice both of you turned around to see Katsuki walking up to you both.
Izuku: k-kacchan!
Y/N: Whats up Ho?
Bakugo: get out of my way now! before I set you on fire!
Y/N: can you do that to me actually? is a little chilly out here.
Izuku: G-good morning, uh-lets all do our best out there today yeah?!
Y/N: why yo arms wavin' like that?
bakugo just walked passed the both of you as other kids around began to notice that he was the one who fought off the sludge villain and began to shower him with hidden compliments. Izuku then relaxed and shook his head, straightened his back and looked at the U.Z seal again.
Y/N: alright lets go, I'm getting cold.
you first stepped forward as Izuku was monoluging to himself.
Izuku: that's right, thanks to All Might, Im actually going to be a hero!
he took one step forward, and tripped on his own feet.
Izuku: Or maybe die...
luckily for him, someone caught him, or rather floated him.
"Are you okay?"
