Everyone gathers for breakfast and as I go to sit next to Zack and Louie, but Frank stares daggers at me with his eyes and I have to sit on the end of the table, next to him just him instead.

I look over at Zack and he is death staring Frank closely from the other end of the table. It's not until we've nearly finished breakfast that Frank turns to me. "Emma, come with me to get some more juice from the kitchen," he says grabbing my wrist hard and pulling me up from underneath the table.

Zack stands up, "I'll go," he says instead, catching on what's going to happen. He squeezes my wrist harder underneath the table, so I have to bite my tongue, so I don't scream, "Its fine," I say wincing a little, "I will go." Zack looks at me pleading me to sit down and do something, but I have no choice and Frank grins knowing that.

I follow him into the kitchen trying to think of a plan. I could scream loud enough that someone could hear if it gets too bad.

We get to the kitchen and I watch Frank expectantly waiting for him to hold me still, but he doesn't. He makes his way over to the fridge, I stay still on the spot. He opens the fridge, gets out the juice and hands me a bottle with a thin grin spread across his face. He stares at me menacingly for a minute, then walks back into the room and I follow – speechless.

When everyone has had breakfast and said hello to Olly and Louie, they leave to go on a walk whilst Louie and Olly have a chance to unpack and I stay back and me and Zack kiss in the lobby.

"What happened in the kitchen did he do anything?" Zack asks me carefully studying my face expression. "N-No he just got the juice and stared at me and went out, it was really creepy," I say shaking a bit. Zack leans closer to me. "You need to tell them now while you have the chance, baby," Zack whispers in my ear.

I lean back, "I know, I will but I don't want to ruin this and it's going to break my mum again and I don't want to do that to her, she's finally getting her life back on track after my dad." He puts his head to mine putting his hand on my cheek as my eyes start to water. I try and pull away but he holds me still.

"She needs to know, you don't know what he is capable off, what if he goes after her next?" I lean into his chest and he wraps his arms around me. I hear Olly coming down the stairs. "I'm going to go freshen up, I'll be back in a minute." I say heading upstairs.

As I make my way to my room, I hear Louie's voice call me and I turn around as I see him following me. "Hey, you alright?" he asks, looking concerned.

Zack's words about having to tell them what's going on echo round my head, and I feel a sudden urge of panic. I'm not ready to tell him, how can I? I don't even know how to start so instead I just smile, "Yeah, I'm fine, why?" I respond, hoping to hell he doesn't hear the increasingly loud thudding of my heart.

"You just seemed a bit off at breakfast," he responds casually. "Oh, probably just tired," I say as breezily as I can, though he doesn't look fully convinced.

Louie's P.O.V

I don't know why, but I have this like sixth sense that somethings going on, but I can't work out what it is. It's like this sharp tension hanging in the air and it's unnerving.

I got the first hint of it at breakfast this morning when I called Em over to sit next to me and she was going too but for some reason when she caught Frank's eye she turned away and went to sit with him instead. It was like she was controlled too, I don't know but I don't like this uneasy feeling I get from it.

The same thing happened during the end of breakfast, when I overheard Frank telling her to go get juice with him or something and she looked almost in pain and nervous to go with him. I catch her as she heads upstairs and ask her if she's alright, but she almost brushes it off and I watch, unconvinced as she walks away.
