Chapter three : The club fair

Ayanokouji POV

After class was over,I started keeping my things in my bag to go to the club fair which was announced to be held today

???:"Um... Ayanokouji-kun"

Just when I was about to stand up and leave the classroom, someone called me.

Ayanokouji:"Can I help you all?"

It was one of the friend groups that consisted of girls in my class. From my observation this past week,the leader of the group or rather the central figure of the group was Karuizawa Kei

Karuizawa:"We just wondered if you'd like to join us to the mall today"

Ayanokouji:"The mall?"

Karuizawa:"Yeah"

Satou:"Would you like to join us?"

It seems that they were trying to invite me to hang out with them, however I have other plans today so I'll be turning their invitation down

Ayanokouji:"I'm sorry everyone,but I was planning on going to the club fair today"

Karuizawa:"You're going to the club fair,does that mean that you'll be joining an after school club Ayanokouji-kun?"

Ayanokouji:"I'm still not sure, maybe if I find a club I'm interested in, I'll join"

Satou:"But it's a shame that you won't be able to join us"

Ayanokouji:"I am very sorry"

Satou:"Don't worry Ayanokouji-kun,it's fine"

Karuizawa:"We'll be going now,see you later"

Ayanokouji:"Yes,see you all later"

After they left,I started walking to the place where the club fair was held. There were many different types of clubs and all of their equipments seemed to be high class and could maybe even be better than that of a professionals

One after another,the club leaders went to the stage and introduced themselves and the club they belonged to,but there was one person at the bottom of the stage that even though he was the last one left,he still didn't get on the stage but instead just stood there quietly observing the crowd

???:"Dude! Are you alright?!

???:"Did you forget your speech?!

???:"Don't worry about it man!

???:"Just get on with it already!"

Shouts from students were all heard by everyone but dispite this,the student didn't even change his expression but instead just kept on observing the crowd and with this simple action,the entire place was silenced

???:"What's with this dude?"

???:"Yeah,his kinda weird"

Murmurs from students who were more disrespectful were heard

???:"Excuse me Everyone,may I have your attention? I am a member of the student council and the student council president will be speaking now"

Student council president? So that man is a member of the student council, well he certainly gave off an aura of superiority and by his stature alone, I can tell that he practices multiple kinds of Martial arts

Manabu:"Good day everyone,I am--"

While he was giving his speech,I noticed that my classmate, Horikita Suzune ,was watching him with fear? Admiration? Maybe even determination? In her eyes. Well considering that they have the same last name and he is the student council president, I can understand why there is Admiration and determination in her eyes,but fear? Perhaps they are not on good terms with each other
