Chapter five : Coincidental Meetings

Ayanokouji POV

Ayanokouji:"I took a walk to relax myself, It's been a while Ichinose-san"

Ichinose:"Yeah,We haven't talked to each other since the club fair"

Ayanokouji:"By the way, Ichinose-san you said you came to take a walk,may I know the reason why?"

Ichinose:"Oh,well.... it's about our class,some of my classmates argued since we dropped down to class C and it took me a while to get them to get along so I came here to take a walk and relax myself"

(As you can see, Honami already somewhat trusts Kiyo,but It's not like the "You're not my enemy Ayanokouji-kun!" In the LN where Honami completely trusts Kiyo)

I can tell that she hesitated at first since I'm someone from another class meaning I'm her enemy,I wonder why she decided to tell me

Ayanokouji:"Is that so? Well,the S-system sure is unique huh?"

Ichinose:"Yeah, it's amazing how Class D-I mean Class B,managed to keep most of their points, how'd you do it Ayanokouji-kun?"

Ayanokouji:"It was the class that did most of the work,I barely did anything"

Although Ichinose was the one who told me that the entire school year already knew about me, I'd still want to keep my identity as the class leader a secret to the other classes,it might become advantageous for us in the future

Ichinose:"Really? I thought that you were the one leading the class Ayanokouji-kun? Your classmates said so themselves"

'Sigh',I guess my classmates have been blabbering about me being the leader of our class,well there's no point in denying it now

Ayanokouji:"Well, I only told them about my suspicions about the S-system and how we should all behave,they were the ones doing the real work"

Ichinose:"I'm impressed you managed to convince them Ayanokouji-kun. At first I thought that your class just had great teamwork,but when Sensei told us about how the classes were ranked, I just somehow couldn't get myself to believe that your class would listen to someone when they have doubts about something amazing"

Ichinose seems to be more clever than I thought. Looks like she isn't all about kittens and rainbows,or at least that's what I read from the internet,I shouldn't keep my guard down

Ayanokouji:"Well,at first they didn't listen to me,but Hirata-kun, Kushida-san, and Horikita-san helped me convince them,and everyone behaved,well not everyone. There were still some of my classmates that misbehaved from time to time,but we managed not to lose to much points"

I think that was a believable lie,I just hope that she doesn't see through it

Ichinose:"Ohhh, so that's how you did it. Your pretty amazing Ayanokouji-kun.By the way ,in swimming class, the coach told us that someone from your class got a speed time lower than 22,is that true Ayanokouji-kun?"

Ayanokouji:"Yes,it is"

Ichinose:"Who was it?.....Was it you Ayanokouji-kun?!"

Ayanokouji:"Yes,it was me but I only went below 22 by a couple of milliseconds"

Ichinose:"Really! How long was it?!"

It seems that Ichinose is back to her cheerful self again,it seems that talking to me has made her forget the stress she was felling earlier, I'm glad

Ayanokouji:"It was 21.86"
