Tzuyus POV

Live Stage

I had just finished my performance, and I noticed a female in the crowd. Mina? She's here? Back in Korea? I bit my lip to stop myself from smiling. I walked over to the centre of the stage along with my two best friends.

"Tzuyu, Shuhua, and Soyeon, you are from JYP".

"Yes", Soyeon said.

"Tzuyu, you have rated your ability as a C. Why is that?".

"I well... I'm not very experienced in combining singing with dancing... I haven't been a trainee for that long...", I explained.

One of the other judges picked up their microphone.

"It was evident you're not good".

"But amazing, you are very stable. How long have you been a trainee?".

"8 months", I replied.

"Could you dance?".

"Not really".

They made comments about Shuhua and Soyeon and now was our first evaluation.

~ A few minutes later ~

"Two off you are As.... Soyeon".

"Shuhua... your a b".

"Meaning Tzuyu, you're the A".

She's really here to support me. Minas here. She's back? But how? God I can't even question her.

Minas POV

Mamas Chous Kitchen

"How was it? Did she see you?", Mama chou asked.

"She did. And she was amazing", I said.

"Can't wait to watch the episode".

"I won't spoil it. But she was great", I said.

"I'm just worried that it will put a mental strain. A lot of K-pop survival shows aren't exactly good on their contestant's mental health".

"She does like skinner", I said.

"They put her on a diet".

"A diet? She already was thin enough", I said shocked about the news.

"I know... poor baby. But she said she's fine".

"I hope it doesn't ruin her body. Or that she gets an eating problem", I said.

"I know it would be terrible".

"I mean I'm super happy for her. She's doing something she loves and accepted herself but if this idol dream ruins her body is it fair to stand back and watch her damage herself?".

"It's a fair point you make. I wouldn't want to see her harming her body".

"How's uni?".

"Stressful lots of work but I love it too", I replied.

I noticed she was smiling.

"You and Tzuyu have something so strong. I'm glad she met you. A hardworking and caring young girl".

I smiled feeling shy from the compliment.

"Well, Tzuyu... I mean I knew about her little mess around", I said.

"As mother very disappointed she was doing that", she said.

"I mean I pulled her away that night because i thought you know she'd have sex with you. Trying to teach her a lesson".

"Your daughter sure has charms it's not every day I'd like to kiss a random stranger and type their number in my phone. She did offer her arm for me to write it though but I said it was quite a stupid idea", I said smiling recalling the memory of how we first met.

"She said you found her cute".

"She was pretty cute. The big doe eyes and dimple smile".

"Well because of you my daughter is not a fuck girl", she said.

"You reckon she wouldn't settle down?".

"No, not with her father think it was acceptable behaviour because she's a teenager".

"Afternoon Mama chou".

"Hi Sana what brought you here?", she questioned.

"I heard a certain penguin was here".

I smiled and she hugged me.

"When did you come back to Korea?".

"Me and Jyo were visiting old friends".

"Oh Mama Chou did you know Tzuyu and Sana dated?", I asked.

"No news to me".

"You really didn't know?".

"No, I thought she was like what's it you guys call it?".

"Friends with benefits", sana said.

"Yes, that".

"Wait how are you two best friends is it not weird?".

"No Tzuyu was like first crush and that. We were young not knowing what love really meant you know. And we're older and we're besties and have a Japanese hottie".

"Sana".

"Mamma chou don't think Minari here is a little innocent. She's quite a demon", she said.

I sighed putting my hands on sanas shoulder.
