Shoto sat with his head bowed down, his thoughts running while inside his scrambled mind, and the only thing he focused on hearing besides his Father's disquisition. Feelings of guilt, shame, anxiety, and fear welled up inside Shoto's heart, which pumped it through out his body. He had over done it. Again.
Recently, Todoroki had been able to use his quirks on the opposite sides.

Like using ice on his left, and fire on right. And they acted slightly different than they did on their original sides. Shoto's ice on his left side could create spears that he could control, similar to teleconisis, and shot out directly at attackers.
Fire on his right side could burn so hot it would turn bright white and blue.

The only people who knew about this were the LOV, who he worked for as the UA traitor. But, he was ordered not to use it. Not because it was some big secret, but because it would physically hurt Shoto. When using fire on his right side, Shoto's body would burn. Just like how Dabi's quirk affected him. Dabi, in fact, was most adamant about Shoto not using this new upgrade, or downgrade, of his quirk.

But, Todoroki had accidentally slipped up during training, and when Endeavor witnessed flames and ice coming from the wrong sides, he put 2 and 2 together. Once training had ended, Enji went up to his son, rolling down Shoto's right sleeve, seeking small burns on his arm. Not nearly as bad as Dabi's but the burns reminded Enji of Touya's first ones.

Enji removed Shoto from school for the day, and that's how they both endeavor up back in the Endeavor agency, locked away in his office. At the moment, Enji was yelling, but not so much out of anger, but instead agonizing about how blind he had been. Shoto had been more sensitive towards physical touch, to the point where Fuyumi was afraid to hug him due to his constant flinching. Not to mention sneaking off during the late hours and not returning till dawn.

"Is this why you've been sneaking away?? Why you won't let anyone touch you?? Fuyumi can't even hug you anymore without hurting you, Shoto!!!
Why--how could you have hurt yourself in such a way??? Have you not seen the shape Touya's skin has gotte?! And your skin becoming the same!! "

Enji's screams went in and out his youngest child's ears, except those last two sentences. Shoto's grip tightened on his knees, nails digging into his pants. Enji, realising what he had said, went to quickly apologize, but there was a suddenly crashing noise and screams coming from the lobby.

Enji's hair ignited, before his hardened gaze softened just a little bit at Shoto. "Stay here, do not go anywhere and absolutely do not open the door for anyone." The Pro Hero demanded, before rushing out of his office, locking the door knob on the inside of the room. Shoto looked out at the massive glass wall, which looked out at the city many stories below and beyond.

Todoroki stood up, walking over, gazing at his home town, arms crossing over into a self-hug of some sorts. His finger pads barely even grazed over his right arm, which had been bandaged and covered with his long black turtle neck sleeve, and in reaction he let out a sharp inhale due to pain. ' Shit, how does he live like this? ' Shoto pondered to himself.

The door knob suddenly jiggled, and Shoto looked over his shoulder at it. The door knob began glowing bright hot red, steam emitting from it. It suddenly shot forward, and Todoroki barely managed to jump out of the way. "Holy shit!" Shoto cursed, before seeing the doormat being kicking off the hinges. Seeing Dabi there, Shoto relaxed enough to scold, "Wasn't that a bit much?? You could have just asked to come in."

Shoto's mood changed insantly, seeing Dabi's expression. He was infuriated, his turquoise eyes glowing intensely. "Show me!!" Dabi ordered, his boots causing loud stomps as he marched over to his brother.
"Show you what?"
"Don't play dumb! You did it again, didn't you? You used your quirk wrong, just like I said not to do!! And don't you even think of lying to me. Toga was there disguised as that Uraraka girl, and told me everything!!"
