Sienna repeatedly hit the button of the elevator it was 3:55pm and she was rushing to get down to the east wing lobby where everyone was meeting to find out what the annual teaching hospital ranking was. Sienna gave up on the elevator just as she was about to walk away the doors opened.

She walked out of the elevator and looked over at the nurses station and seen Bailey Hahn and Mark waiting patiently. Callie and Justin couldn't make it as they were in an emergency surgery together.

"Hi beautiful." "Hi handsome" Sienna walked in beside Mark and quickly kissed him.

Bailey and Hahn both looked at them with a look and shock and disgust. "You two me make sick. The sooner Shepherd comes the better so you two will snap out of whatever this is." Bailey said in a disgusted tone. Sienna laughed.

Before she could answer Hahn coughed and pointed behind Sienna. "Anything up yet." Derek called from behind them "nothing" they all said in unison.

"How did the tumour removal go Si I was only able to see some of it a trauma came in." "It went really well Derek it wasn't as tricky as I thought it was going to be but it took longer than I thought."

Fifteen minutes later the group of doctors now including Cristina were getting rest-less.

"Back up, you're sucking all my oxygen." Bailey snapped "l'm trying to see." Derek moaned "lt's not up yet."

"lt supposed to be posted at four." "lt's 4:15." Mark said while looking at his watch.

"Hit the refresh button. You have to reload the page."Cristina pushed into the computer "l am hitting the button every ten seconds." Bailey answered back as she waved Cristina's hand away from the keyboard

"ls it up yet?" Meredith asked a she joined the huddle

"No." everyone moaned

"Hi." "Hi." Sienna looked at Mark with a slight smile on her face as they witnessed this small conversation between Derek and Meredith.

"ls it up yet?" Karev called "No. Wait."

"Think we move up a slot.Pass Hopkins, move to number one."

"We are not passing Hopkins. We'll stay two."

"Yeah I can't see us passing Hopkins Mark" Sienna remarked while shaking her head.

"Mayo could surge ahead. We'd be three." Hahn added "Three? Pessimist." Derek said in a shocked tone.

"Realist. Rankings of teaching hospitals change based on any number of things." Hahn remarked

"Three's top five. l can live with three." Mark added "Hit the refresh button." Alex said as he hit the keyboard

"Stay back! l'm doing this." Bailey scorned

"ls it up yet?" Izzy said a little out of breathe from running "No!" Here, hit the refresh..."

Bailey turned around in her chair to face the huddle of doctors around her. "l am hitting the refresh... OK, all of you, back up. Stop hovering. Stop speculating. The rankings will go up when they go up. We have no control when they are posted. When it is up, l will say it is. Until then, back up. Leave me alone so l can..."

"lt's up!" Sienna called

Everyone huddled in tighter "Number one, Hopkins. Number two, Mayo..." "Told you."Hahn smirked "Number three, Cleveland Clinic." "What?" Derek and Sienna said in unison

"Number four, Mass Gen." "What?" "No way"

"We moved down to five?!" "No. We are not five."

"Are we ten" Sienna asked "no we're at twelve" Derek responded.
