Ophelia's POV
"Hey mj, what is it?"
I answer the phone at the first ring, confused by why my best friend is calling me at 5 in the morning, we dont have school for another four hours.
"Did you check your emails yesterday?"
She asks.
"No, I never do, why?"
Why is this a conversation for five in the morning? Normally mj calls me about random stuff when I'm on the bus to school which isn't for another two hours.
"There's a new kid coming and they want us to show her around because apparently the two of us are responsible."
"Not again, did the last kid not complain to the principal after we ditched her in the bathroom after a week because she kept going on about makeup and then she never came back."
"Obviously not, she probably thought it would be too mean to say that her tour guides who were supposed to be best friends ditched her."
"Hopefully this one will be a bit more bearable than her or we're really going to actually get detention instead of just going for fun."
"Well we'll meet sophia in a few hours and we'll see."
"Bye."
We both hang up and I sit on my bed on my phone for two hours because why not.
