"Your destiny will hit you in the rain with cat ears." The fortune-teller uttered her prophecy, letting the sceptic man leave the tent.

"What did she tell you, Off?" Tay asked excitedly.

"Nonsense," Off growled, silencing his annoying friend before leaving the amusement park. Off never believed in this stupidity, yet he let his bothersome friend drag him here. Destiny doesn't exist. He was set at it, not knowing what will await him a month later.

The weather worsened suddenly. The dark clouds painted the sky, and the droplets of water started to pour down. In a few more minutes, the downpour got heavier, accompanied by the strong wind. Off was running to his car, swearing at the unpredictable weather when something hit him on the back of his head. He turned around angrily, spotting the headband with what seemed like cat ears on it, lying carelessly on the ground.

He bent down, carefully not to let his grocery fall on the ground, and pick the item up.

"Oh, god, I am sorry. My ears got blown away." The soft rumbling voice made his head raise. Right before him stood the cutest and the most beautiful man he ever saw. He was soaking wet, trying to shield the small child snuggled to his chest from the rain and wind.

"I am really sorry. The wind is quite strong. I had a hard time catching them." He pointed at Off's hand.

"No worries." Off answered, his eyes not leaving the sight before him.

"Thank you." The man said as he attempted to reach for the headband and not let the child get wet.

"Where is your car? I will help you." Off finds himself saying. The unknown beauty hesitated before answering.

"We came by bus."

"I will give you a ride. I can't let two babies out in this horrid weather." Off pushed the smaller one towards his car. The guy had a slight frown and blush on his face, evidently thinking if he should accept the offer. He moved eventually as the child trambles in his arms.

"Thank you." The boy said as they were sitting safely in Off's car.

"You are welcome. I should introduce myself. I am Off." He smiled at the guy in the passenger seat.

"I am Gun, and this is Win, my little brother," Gun answered, earning the wild grin from Off.

The fortune-teller was right. He did meet his destiny in the exact way she told him.
