Jack and Althea walked back to the group and found Bunny and Sophie sitting on Dispatch Hill. With the little girl crawls into Bunny arms, sleepily. She smiled at the bond between the two and was happy to see Jack walking over and crouching next to them.
"Not bad", the white-haired boy commented.
"Not bad, yourself", Bunny replied.
"Ah, look, I- I'm sorry about the whole- you know, the 'kangaroo' thing?", he apologized.
"It's the accent, isn't it?"
The two chuckled and she couldn't help but grinned as they grew closer. North and Tooth then approached them.
"Ah, poor little ankle-biter. Look at 'er, all tuckered out", Bunny looked down at the sleeping girl.
"I love her", Tooth said and Baby Tooth chitters as Sophie coos. "I think it's time to get her home".
"How about i take her home?", Jack offered.
"Jack, no. Pitch is out there and-", Althea stepped in.
"No match for this", he interrupted, holding up his staff.
"You know exactly what he's capable off, Jack", Althea still didn't budge.
"I'll be fine, Allie", he picks up Sophie in his arms before kissing Althea's cheeks and she sighed. "Trust me, I'll be quick as a bunny", he said and flew away. But despite his assurance, she couldn't help but feel and nagging feeling in her stomach.

"There aren't any eggs... There's nothing here. I give up, come on. Let's go. He didn't come. I don't understand", a kid spoke with disappointment.
"Maybe he just hid them really well this year", a girl sighed, sadly.
"Kids, wait-", Bunny runs up between the last two kids with a basket.
"I checked everywhere. There's nothing", the boy responded, his head hung low.
"- Yes there is! There is! I mean these aren't my best-lookin' googies, but they'll do in a pinch!", he holds them out to the two kids.
"I can't believe it-"
"I- I know", Bunny chuckles ruefully.
"-There's no such thing as the Easter Bunny"
"What? No!"
"Easter's over-", the boy spoke, sounding upset.
"Wrong! Not- not true! I'm- I'm right in front of ya', mate!", the boy passes through Bunny, and he starts gasping in despair. "They don't see me... They don't see me...", he crumples over, crying softly.
Jack appears on the scene, visibly concerned, and watches as Tooth approaches Bunny.
"Jack! Where were you? The Nightmares attacked the tunnels, they smashed every egg, crushed every basket - nothing made it to the surface!", North asked the boy.
"Jack!", Althea walked over and her face visibly fell when she saw the tooth box. "W-where did you get that?".
"I was- It's, uh-", he stuttered.
"Where's Baby Tooth?", she gasps again, more horrified. "Oh Jack, what have you done?".
"That is why you weren't here? You were with Pitch?", North looked at him, disappointed.
"No, listen! Listen!", he sighs. "I'm sorry! I didn't mean for this to happen!".
"He has to go", Bunny spoke, sharply.
