Eldrin woke up to Faylinn's twisting and crying in her sleep in the middle of the night. Since Faylinn had recovered her strength some day ago, she has started having nightmares of her past when she was captured and controlled by Demona. The bracelet had been destroyed in the final battle along with Demona's defeat.
"Faylinn? Aurora? It's just a bad dream again,"Eldrin whispered, giving his wife a gentle shake. And Faylinn woke up, tears streaming down her cheeks. "Eldrin!,"She exclaimed in panic. "Hey, shh, I'm here. It's alright,"Eldrin soothed her gently as he pulled his crying wife into his arms, "Shh, it's alright, I'm here. Nightmare's over now,"
Eldrin held his wife through the rest of the night. And Faylinn didn't seem to have anymore nightmares that night. But he didn't know that everything would soon become worse.
Next morning, they got out of bed and got dressed and left for the dinning hall.
Faylinn sat down at her usual place bedside Eldrin and the servants served them breakfast.
"Are you alright, dear?,"Elanor asked Faylinn gently who had barley touched her plate. And Elvia looked at her mother confused.
Even Aidan and Lorielle who sat beside each other looked suspiciously at The Crown Princess Of Ellyn. "I'm not hungry,"Faylinn whispered. And Eldrin looked at his wife worriedly, "Faylinn, are you sure you're alright?," And Evindal sighed, "Maybe it's best we send for a healer or Lord Thelmar to take a look on you," And Faylinn sighed, "I don't need a healer, I'm fine!," "You don't look fine,"Aidan told his sister seriously, "Faylinn, it's very important you tell us what's wrong. It can be something Demona gave you," And Faylinn quickly stood up, "I don't need a healer! I need you to leave me alone!," And she stormed out of the dining hall as she realised she had yelled at them.
"Aurora, wait!,"Eldrin exclaimed worriedly and hurried after his wife. And Aidan sighed and went after them.
Faylinn hurried to hid outside in the garden as she slowly let tears fall and her hands started shaking and glowing of her magic as she lost control.
"Faylinn! Aurora!," She suddenly heard her brother and Eldrin yelling after her from far away.
And she slowly sank to the ground. She was freezing. But she didn't know why. It was summer. She wasn't supposed to be freezing. And she suddenly started coughing. She couldn't get sick! Gods don't get sick! And she breathed out in relief when the coughing stopped. "Please, calm down!,"She told herself.
"Aurora!,"Eldrin exclaimed as she showed up in front of her. "Sister, you're shaking,"Aidan said worriedly. And he sat down at her, "Here, let's get you to healer," "NO! I don't need a healer! Leave me alone!,"Faylinn screamed as she stood up and run away again.
Faylinn laid down in her and Eldrin's bed crying after locking the door to their chambers. And she soon started coughing again.
