Aidan used his magic over his sister to try to keep her alive.
"She's slipping,"Gideon sighed. "No!,"Lorielle said trembling. And Aidan noticed that his sister was barely breathing anymore and he felt tears starting streaming down his cheeks.
And suddenly, Erline, Alaric and Eldrin stormed into the room.
"Oh, my daughter!,"Erline exclaimed worriedly and hurried over to Faylinn.
Alaric immediately started using his magic over Faylinn to cure her from the sickness.
Suddenly, Faylinn stopped breathing. "No, my child, don't give in!,"Erline cried as tears started streaming down her cheeks. "What happened?,"Eldrin asked worriedly. And Aidan swallowed, "We were to late. Faylinn is dead," And Eldrin went over to his wife and grabbed her hand, "No, Faylinn, don't leave me," And Thelmar swallowed.
"Faylinn!,"Livia interrupted. And she hurried over to her Elmia and grabbed Faylinn's other hand tightly, "Promise me not to leave thee, and to return from fallowing after thee,"She began, "May the gods bound us together until the end of our world...," And Faylinn's breathing stopped and Laila swallowed. "No...," And she pulled her friend into her arms, "And though also...,"Laila continued, "If death do part me and thee...," And Erline hugged her husband. "Please, don't leave me, Aurora," "We'll always be friends... Sisters...," Faylinn mumbled. And Eldrin broke out in tears of happiness. And Erline smiled in tears as did Alaric and Aidan and the others in the room.
Laila gently laid down Faylinn back on her pillow and Faylinn smiled at her friends.
Laila quickly pulled her friend into a tight hug.
Thelmar smiled, "It's good to have you back again, penneth," And Faylinn looked up at her parents confused, "Mother, father? What are you doing here?," And Erline smiled. "You were very ill, my child. Only a god could cure it," And Faylinn looked at her parents confused. And Aidan smiled at his sister, "But who could have poisoned you?," And Faylinn swallowed, "Keegan...," And Eldrin looked at his wife confused, "Who's Keegan?," And Faylinn sighed. "Seems like we need to dig into your past, my daughter,"Alaric smiled.
