Yoongi looked at Namjoon with big eyes. Who could have guessed such a strong and cold appearing bartender could carry such big sorrow with him.
''Don't blame yourself Namjoon.'' Yoongi says, still holding Namjoon's hand gently.
''That's easy for you to say. I blame myself for my own faults and loss and I will never forgive myself for it.''
''But I have already forgiven you.'' A voice suddenly speaks, his soar voice meddling in their conversation.
Both Yoongi and Namjoon turned their heads around. To their surprise another individual had taken place beside Yoongi, without the two of them noticing. ''What did you say?'' Namjoon asks the stranger.
''I said that I already had forgiven you a long time ago.''
Namjoon shared confused glaces with Yoongi before looking the stranger in the eyes. He was wearing an black embellished jacket, with a white cotton shirt underneath it. For a man he had some beautiful full pink lips, which was more accentuated by the pink highlights in his blonde hair.
Even without seeing his whole face, the bartender knew that he was very handsome.
''What do you mean //I//?'' Yoongi asks, interrupting Namjoon's staring. ''Am I supposed to know you?'' Namjoon asks the stranger.
That is when the stranger removed his dark pink mask, revealing his identity. Yoongi immediately slammed the palm of his hand on his mouth. ''Kim Seok-Jin!'' Yoongi exclaimed a little too loud, earning a hard slap on his shoulder from the man beside him.
''Kim Seok-Jin?'' Yoongi whispered this time.
''Jin?'' Namjoon mumbles under his breath, his mouth slightly agape in shock and his eyes looking at the man in disbelief.
''Long time no see, Namjoon.'' Jin says, extending his hand in the bartender's direction.
''Wait a damn minute how do you two know each other?'' Yoongi asks in confusion, the alcohol not helping him at thinking straight.
''It's him.'' Namjoon mumbles.
''It's you.''
''Who??'' Yoongi asks again, shouting a little in frustration, because this whole interaction is all greek to him.
Namjoon finally averted his gaze back to Yoongi, his glassy eyes meeting Yoongi's tired ones, while the blush only became worse on the bartender's face.
''The love of my life.''
''The love of your- whaat?'' Yoongi exclaimed, furrowing his eyebrows, while shifting his dumbfounded gaze from Namjoon to Jin and back.
''Namjoon, why are you so hard on yourself ?'' The pink haired man says in a whispering tone.
''I deserve it.'' The bartender averted his gaze and looked at the shot glasses with glassy eyes.
Jin noticed how Namjoon had hung his head low and was avoiding his gaze. He extended his arm and gently placed his hand on the bartender's one.
''Why don't you hate me?'' Namjoon asks, his voice cracking in the middle of his sentence.
''You were the only one who really cared about me.'' Jin spoke in a soft voice, afraid the man in front of him would break if he raised his tone.
''But- but Namjoon just told me, he bullied you. That's not really caring.'' Yoongi says, meddling in the conversation, although he wasn't sure if he had the right to do that. Jin flashes a smile at Yoongi, understanding his point completely, but how was he supposed to explain that it didn't even feel like bullying.
''You know,'' Jin begins, grabbing Namjoon's hand and squeezing softly in it. ''it didn't felt like Namjoon bullied me.'' He smiled widely at the bartender to ease his nerves. ''It was the others who actually hurted me and abused me mentally, you- you just bickered with me.'' Jin's remark makes Namjoon tilt his head in confusion.
Jin sighs and let's go of the bartender's hand, crossing his arms, while leaning backwards on his chair. ''Namjoon you fought with me over crabs.'' This made Yoongi laugh. ''Crabs?'' The black haired man exclaims.
''Namjoon had overheard me saying I like to eat seafood, especially crabs and that's when he pushed me and called me psycho for eating such cute little creatures.'' Namjoon's face turns red after thinking back at that accident.
''I still hate you for that.'' Namjoon mumbles under his breath. Jin smiles at that. ''But you still love me, don't you?'' Namjoon leisurely looks up and locks eyes with the pink haired man in front of him.
It was at this moment that Yoongi felt that he was witnessing something he shouldn't, he was an outsider in their story and so, to respect them, he noiselessly stood up from his chair and walked away from the bar.
For the last time, he looks behind him, only to see the two love-birds staring at each other. He doesn't need to hear the answer from the bartender's mouth to know the answer, so by giving them their privacy, Yoongi walks away, to find a certain person.
A certain person with silver hair.
