Time Apart

Its going on 12am and I'm just getting home and its pitch black in the livingroom so I flick on the light and i fall down into the black leather sofa and pull out my Iphone and start scrolling through my contacts for Renaye's number, once I see her number I hit the call button ... after it rang about 5 times she didn't answer I sighed cause i was hoping she would pick up so I decided to text her : Hey ... i just wanted to apologize for how i spazzed out earlier i aint mean it like that baby, just come home" i hit send and before i could stay up and wait for her to reply I dozed off on the couch.

I was awake by the vibration and ringing my phone was playing Jeremih Nobody But U so I automatically knew it was Renaye I sat up and picked up the phone answering it still sleepy as shit "hello?" I said she started saying that she was staying at a hotel and she thought it would be best if we had some time apart, now im wide the fuck awake "what you mean time apart?" I heard the irritation in my voice so I quickly adjusted myself knowing how defensive Renaye would get if she heard it. About 10 more minutes of our conversation she hung up and i flung my phone across the sofa and stood up walking into the kitchen going directly to the fridge "aint shit in here!" now im irritated all over again i slammed the fridge close and walked back into the livingroom grabbing myphone calling the pizza place on 34th street.

4:00 rolls around so i decide to go hang with Diamond and Bia, they was chilling at Rico's Bar and Grill "siya boo!" Bia yelled across from the bar as I walked toward the both of them and hugged them both together "so the dungeon queen finally let you out" and of course they would come from Diamond "yeah" i said all nonchalant smiling because it was true, Renaye didnt want me near nobody like i was her property or some shit and the crew peeped that shit I chuckled as I sat down "well me and Renaye aint together no more" i said waving the bartender over "what?!" Diamond and Bia both said at the same time I bust out laughing because I know these nosey ass two about to ask me what happened so I told them what and the looks on their faces was priceless. 

We all chilled smoked some hookahs had a few drinks and when 2am hit around I called it a night even though me and Renaye aren't together right now I know how she would feel if she found out i was with Bia and Diamond at 2:00 in the morning, "ard y'all im gonna head out I got alot of shit to do later" they both look disappointed but I'm pretty sure they would understand "Ard boo I'll see you later" Bia stood up and hugged me tightly and right behind her Diamond did the exact same thing I turned around to walk away and for some strange ass reason I felt like they was watching me walk away so I smiled walking out the club getting into a taxi heading home. Once I got home I hopped my ass in e shower and wentto sleep I got some exciting ass shit happening tomorrow and a nigga couldn't wait to get started as soon as i closed me eyes my phone vibrated telling me I had a message, I lloked at my phone like who the fuck is texting me at 3:00 in the damn morning I unlocked my phone and read the message : Bia 3:35am : just making sure you got home safely and i  was wondering if you have time tomorrow do you wanna meet up for lunch? ust me nd you?" I smiled at the message and text back sure after that i turned off my phone I wasn't trying to get inturrupted again I turned over towards Renaye side of the bed usaually i would be facing her starring at her sleep and how beautiful she looked sleep and awake, I turned back over on my back and sighed deeply and closed my eyes hoping that this time apart shit wouldn't take forever because truth be told I miss my baby and with her stuck in my head I drifted off into a deep sleep seeing her beauty in my dreams.
