Jade's POV:
I followed Alex inside the ally way, but what I saw was very scary. I had saw two men about to stab Alex I swooped in and immediately transformed back to human to stop them. When Alex opened his eyes he saw me with an ax on my head.
Alex: Jade!?
Jade: don't worry I'm fine.
Man 1: kill her!
Man 2: I am!
Jade: sorry boys this lady is taken.
I had used my wolf powers to kill the two men, Alex had time to escape so he hid by a nearby building. Once I finally came back i detransformed into my normal self.
Jade: congratulations, I saved your life.
Alex: uhh jade..
Jade: what?
Alex: the ax..
Jade: oh right.
I nervously smiled as i pulled off the ax, Alex saw no blood or a dent it was like i never got hit He smiled and grabbed something in his pocket. It was a can I smelt a very high scent of garlic but he couldn't spray me, I'm his best friend. I noticed that he was taking something out so I took a step back.
Alex: what?
Jade: n-n-nothing you do you Alex.
Alex: jade look I uhh wanna come to the dance with me?
Jade: sure.
Alex: uh great! Make sure you have a costume.
Jade: yeah I sure will!
I walked away and so did alex he looked back at me and he noticed my white hair.I had made it first, I flew in through my bedroom window and sat on my art station. I put my head on the table. I looked at my windowsill and headed to bed vampire style
Next day
I headed out for a walk, Charlie has been following me around almost every day. Asking me the same question.
Charlie: are you a vampire?
Jade: why do you keep asking me that?
Charlie: because I'm curious.
Jade: no I'm not.
Charlie: c'mon the truth this time.
Jade: ugh fine yes Charlie I am, thank you very much. Are you happy?
Charlie: very <(￣︶￣)>
Jade: ugh.
Charlie: luckily for us demons, we also can turn into bats.
Jade: very cool.
Charlie left home and so did I, when I got home everyone was watching Alex and Addison playing with the game system. I went to my room and decided to go hunt. I transformed into a bat and headed out. After hours of looking nothing was good. I saw a all night dress shop. I walked in and saw a old couple standing by the counter.
Old Mary: hello dear.
Jade: hi, there is a vampire themed dance this week, and I was wondering if you have anything Vampire like.
Old Arnold: yes ma'am over there.
I saw that they were vampires as well. I walked towards the dress and saw a dress that was black and red, i saw black gloves, a black and red collar with a few diamonds. I saw the price and gave it some thought, but I insisted to take it.
Jade: I want this dress.
Old Mary: okay dear.
She scanned the dress and told her the price.
Old Mary: 103$ please.
I grabbed my wallet and payed for the dress. The lady had placed it in a plastic bag and gave it to me.
Old Arnold: thank you.
Old Mary: this dress was owed by a girl named Carmilla.
Jade: really?
Old Mary: oh yes, she loved this dress very much, but when she sadly passed away from a fire, this dress was the only thing that was left the of her.
Jade: wow it has it's own backstory, but why isn't it burned?.
Old Arnold: we don't know how or why it wasn't burned but the girl. And yes every outfit you wear has it's own backstory.
Jade: oh wow, and thank you.
Old Mary and Arnold: any time!
I left and headed home, i got in and went to my room. I put on the dress It fitted me perfectly. I looked in the mirror and noticed something on the back. It was a note from the owner of the dress.
"To whoever owns this dress, I shall protect you at all cause, I was a vampire myself, until I got killed by a vampire hunter. I wish you the best of luck on who takes this dress. And may I be at peace."
I read the note and realized, nobody wanted to buy this dress because they say that they'll be weird things happening to them, only because they weren't vampires. I saw Charlie all dressed up, she had her blonde hair all straight, with her red highlight to the side. She had her makeup done and had shades above her head. She wore black boots and a black dress with a bit on purple and black gloves to match.
Charlie: wow is that your dress?
Jade: yeah don't you like it?
Charlie: it looks perfect! The girls and I are trying on our dresses, come and see them.
Jade: and the boys?
Charlie: they're at their place getting ready.
Jade: ok.
Charlie and I walked downstairs and the girls were all dressed up in their outfits.
Annalise worse a dark red dress, with her hair in a ponytail, along with purple heels to match, and had a black butterfly pin in her air.
Addison looked the same as Annalise and Charlie, but instead a dark pink color was on her dress. Her hair was obviously in two pigtails and had dark pink hair bows.
Hailey wore the dress that the movie twilight, wore. her tails were dyed, with red and black with a hint of grey.
Annalise: you both look wonderful!
Addison: wow Jade that dress is breathtaking!
Jade: thank you.
Annalise: the boys are ready as well.
The girls chit chatted and took selfies. as the week went by, it was here, the dance was here.
meanwhile with Alex.
Alex: I have to kill her, it's my job to hunt for vampires, I'll also kill Charlie as well since they're cousins. I'll pay the conveniences.
He grabbed the garlic spray, and basically Everything that a vampire would die. He knew that he'll end up killing all Vampires and demons.

Can't wait for the next chapter! I'll be doing short chapters as well, so yeah. This one was basically about Alex putting the pieces together and to find out that jade is a vampire. You'll just have to wait until when the next chapter will be in. Cya there!
