I draw a sharp, nervous breath as I hit send on the donation link, quickly messaging Clay a thumbs up to let him know I've donated. We decided that it would be more fun to mess with his chat a little bit before he actually tells them he's dating someone. So, we thought the best route was for me to donate anonymously to his stream saying that I was his girlfriend. Not the most Mission Impossible worthy scheme, but we were giggly and tired when we came up with it.

I hear Clay laugh through my computer where I have his stream pulled up, and I tune in thinking my donation had come through, but it was only George dying again on the SMP. We briefed Geroge and Nick on our plan, only so that they wouldn't get confused and start shushing Clay, they're currently on the SMP - Clay on the DreamXD account - and running around killing each other. The /kill command might be being used one too many times by Clay though. The donation sound rings out and I brace myself, but again it's a false alarm.

Damn. I've honestly never thought about that, Clay reiterates my thoughts on stream, "If she wants to, we've never really talked about it. I think it would be awesome if she did, but it's entirely up to her," I think over what he's just proposed, do I want to be added to the SMP? I mean sure, I'm friends with almost everyone on it, and Clay has mentioned wanting some new members to further the storyline, but do I want the attention that comes with it? Fans pull apart and dissect every single thing that happens on the server, would I be comfortable with that? Sure I average around 90K viewers per stream, but those lore streams get up to like 400k viewers, and I'm not quite sure I can cope with that pressure.

My inner monologue is cut short by the donation sound again piercing my thoughts

Clay laughs as he reads through chat, and I can just tell that he's smirking on the other side of his computer, "What about the dono chat? Wait there was a $1000 one? let me just find it,"

"Dream, why have you frozen?"

"Sorry George, just finding a big dono I missed," He replays my original donation, and those who didn't see the user name and message the first time react to it now. There's almost nothing in the chat other than people spamming girlfriend, again I can tell Clay must be cracking himself up laughing at them. Finally, he gives them what they want and reacts, "what do you mean oops? you literally told me you were going to donate this stream. We did not, however, agree on that donation name. Seriously Bear, what is that?"

Chat seems torn between spamming that he actually confirmed that he's dating someone, and just spamming the word bear over and over again. Quickly, one of his mods puts them in sub-only mode, at which point they settle for spamming the various bear emotes.

"What'd she make the user?" George laughs, obviously seeing chat and most likely Twitter.

"She seriously made it dreamsgirlfriendxo," Clay sighs and laughs at the same time.

"Oh I'm Dream's girlfriend, chat I'm Dream's girlfriend," George has put on his voice changer and is currently mocking me, I send him a quick text.
