it was a late friday night, jaehyun was in his batchmate's house, it was one of those usual friday parties to celebrate another dreadful week.
the speakers were booming as the toxic aroma of alcohol fluttered throughout the whole place, people were making out by each corner, and there was a huge circle of people in the center dancing their hearts out.

they hollered and cheered when taeyong had spun the bottle, each person anticipating the results
it spun in a clock-wise motion, pointing to each potential victim and onto the real victim
just as his luck, it stopped right infront of him, it was jaehyun
johnny stared at him with a devilish glare, this wasn't going to end well.
the group went wild once more as everyones eyes were on jaehyun
"i dare you to jump right on the neighbor's pool" johnny dared jaehyun, haechan nudging him as the whole group laughed
"damn man, you didn't even hesitate" jaehyun mutters "its called dare or dare for a reason" johnny shrugs
the crowd took a short walk to the window leading to the roof where jaehyun was supposed to jump off launching into the pool
"oh- and you have to be shirtless" johnny adds while he watched the whole thing unfold from the sides
"fuck it we're dying anytime soon" jaehyun shrugs and tilts his head, readying himself for the impact as he ran head first from the roof, launching into the neighbor's pool
he might get arrested for this but thats okay cause he hasn't checked that out of his bucket list.
his body cannonballs down the quite deep pool, your pool emitting a series so shouts and hollers from the next door house
you we're out on a cold night, your room wa s getting stuffy so you decided to sit by the pool to take a whiff of fresh air when a huge splash came right infront of your face
you screamed in shock as it came splashing down, wetting half of your clothes and your eyes travel down to a small piece of cloth floating in the pool
you quickly grab it and notice it was a pair of men's shorts, and then it came to you, a man had just thrown himself down your pool
his body rises up and you two made eye contact as the hollers grew louder
you were mad, thats for sure.
"what the fuck?!" you shout at him and he widens his eyes when he realizes his pair of shorts were dangling from your hands
"hey give it back!" he asks for his shorts back, but you wont give it to him that easily, he was a complete ass for throwing himself onto your pool
"what i don't want to?" you tauntingly reply, boring arrows into his eyes when he was already blushing red because he's literally swimming naked in your pool.
"oh shit jaehyun! nice ass" johnny teases from the window of the next door house with a chuckle and heads back inside, the rest following him, not after taking pictures of jaehyun though, yearbook purposes.
"come on lady! give me my shorts back!" he whines in embarrassment
"grab it then" you held it out for him while standing a few meters away from the pool and he obliged, he walked up half way the stairs when—
"woah woah woah! you're-" you cover your eyes when he did that
he didn't realize what he did and stared at you blankly and when he did, he runs back into the pool, his face growing as red as ever
"fuck" he says under his breath
"you're fucking stupid" you straight up called him stupid and quote 'fucking' stupid
he doesn't react because he knows its true
"come on please! i'll do anything you want!" he whines from under the cold surrounding of the pool
'damn i can't believe there's a naked man in my pool, he's kinda cute though' you thought to yourself, you'll give him a free pass because its cold and you don't feel like playing anymore
you step closer to him slightly looking away to avoid seeing things you shouldn't
"am i near?" you walked step by step, holding his shorts out for him to grab
"a little bit more" he cheekily smiles, he won't let you get away with this, not when you made him suffer for a whole 5 minutes straight
"okay just a bit more!" he holds your wrist and grabs the shorts putting it on and before you pull away he pulls you down the pool, your white shirt and plaid paired pajamas soaking wet as the cold water embraced you
you shrieked when you fell in "what the fuck?!" you angrily spat out, clinging onto his body for support when you we're literally dragged down the pool
his hands we're wrapped around your waist as he pulled you in closer, you glared at him as he just stared at you blankly
'she's quite pretty upclose' he thought to himself as you we're blabbering nonsense about how much you hated him
"what's your name?" he asks "none of your business" you reply and attack him, drowning his body down the water once he was caught off guard you laughed when you completed your goal
"oh you wanna play that game?" he smirks quite devilishly and swims to catch you but you swam away shrieking and laughing
a few minutes later, you both grew tired and sat by the stairs of the pool
"hey do you wanna go out?" he asks quite straightforwardly
"we literally just met 30 minutes ago, and i don't even know your name" you spewed
"another reason why we're literally a match made in heaven" he smiles as his cute dimples popped out the sides of his face making you coo, you had a thing for dimples.
you stare at his well built body, imagining yourself wrapped around his arms, what warmth could it give?
"i'm jaehyun" he holds his hand out for you to shake and you accept it "y/n"
"so y/n, go out with me?" he asks once more
"no"
"come on! please?"
"no"
he pauses for atleast 5 seconds when you grew worried and faced him, "what don't tell me you're actually gonna cry about it" you say when you looked him in the eye but his eyes weren't there to meet yours
instead it was looking at your upper torso
then you realized, you were soaking wet in a white shirt with a red bra on
"quit staring!" you glared at him once more as he just stared at your red face
"you're so weird"
"you're so pretty" he says without thinking, like his thoughts were said out loud, you rolled your eyes at him "so can we go out?"
"no" you say once more
you finally decided that its about time to get out of the pool, you walked out grabbing a towel in one of the side benches as jaehyun followed you from behind
"what are you doing? go back to your little frat party there" you chuck your mouth at the house that was tinted with colorful lights and slightly mumbled music
"i dont have clothes" jaehyun sheepishly smiles
"then buy some" you shut the screen door over his face making him stop and pout as you entered your house
a small smile etching through your lips as you didn't bother looking at him
