*Next day*
Ridgedog's POV
Me and Sjin were sat in the common room, it was about 4. We were sat on our phones for ages, until Sjin said,
"Have you seen Nala or Kovu lately?"
"No, not since they left yesterday." I replied.
"Where do you think they are?" Sjin asked.
"I dunno. I'll call Nala and see if she picks up." I replied, as I rang Nala.

It was Kovu who answered.
"Uhh...Hi. Say what you need to quickly, I'm kinda busy!" Kovu said.
"What's going on?" I asked, surprised. Silence.
"Kovu?" I asked. He didn't answer. Suddenly I heard him shout, 'NO!' Then the line went dead. I was shocked.
"Ridge, what happened?" Sjin asked.
"I..I don't know...." I replied, still unsure of what just happened, "Kovu answered it and told me to hurry up, then didn't reply when asked him what happened and then he shouted 'no' and the line went dead.."
"What should we do? It's not like we know where they live to go check on them!" Sjin said, frustrated.
"Actually, I do know where they live. Come on, let's go!" I replied, getting up and grabbing a jacket. Sjin followed my actions and we left.

We soon arrived. The door was ajar, so I pushed it and walked in. Though I wish I hadn't, I stopped in the doorframe.
"Ridge, move! What-oh." Sjin said. There was Nala. On the floor. In a pool of blood.
"Call 999. And move out the way." Sjin told me. I obeyed and called an ambulance, they soon arrived and took her away. Sjin drove us to the hospital, where we sat for 20 minutes waiting for someone to tell us what was happening.
"Excuse me. Are you the ones who called the ambulance?" A nurse said to us.
"Yeah. How is she?" Sjin replied before I could say anything.
"She will live but is still unconscious." The nurse replied.
"What happened?" I asked.
"We think she was stabbed in the chest, as there is a hole in her chest. Though it didn't hit her heart." The nurse replied.
"Can we see her?" I asked.
"Only one at a time, I'm afraid." She replied.
"You go on, Ridge." Sjin said.
"Are you sure?" I asked
"Yeah, the Yogs will be wondering where we are." Sjin replied.
"Don't tell them. not yet anyway." I said.
"Why?" Sjin asked.
"Just don't. I'll be back soon." I replied. Sjin nodded and stated playingn a game on his phone.
"Lead on." I said to the nurse, who took me to one of the rooms but stopped just outside it.
"Also, we found that she had this with her." the nurse said, handing me a leather brace with things attached to it.
"Thanks." I replied, taking it.
"You can go in but she's probably unconscious." she said, pointing me in the direction of the room. I entered. It was a private room, so Nala was the only one in here. I looked at the bed and saw Nala with her hoodie on, hood up, sat up with her head in her hands, with her knees pulled up to her chest. She was mumble stuff to herself that I couldn't quite hear, though she sounded pissed off. I'm sure the nurse said that she was unconscious and had been stabbed in the chest.
"Nala?" I said. She looked up, slightly and saw it was me.
"Oh, hey." she said, looking back at her hands. I noticed that she didn't have her mask on and I could see the scars on the bottom half of her face, clearly.
"So, what happened?" I asked.
"I became the worst sister ever." She replied.
"Nala, I'm sure your not." I stated.
"I let them take him. I bet he hates me now." she stated. I was confused.
"Who took who?" I asked.
"Some old enemies took Kovu, I tried to stop them but I couldn't. I failed to do as my parents had asked me. I failed to protect my brother." she stated. I heard the door open behind me, I turned my head and saw the nurse, who had lead me here, stood there.
"Oh, your awake!" She said, "But I must ask you to put your hood down and lye down."
Nala didn't replied, nor did she make any attempt to move.
"Come on. it can't be comfortable like that." the nurse said, moving closer to Nala and tried to push her back down gently. Only to have Nala growl at her and hit her hand away.
"Fine." The nurse said, leaving.
"I'm gonna go as well, Sjin will be wondering where I am." I said.
"Who else is here?" Nala asked.
"Just me and Sjin." I replied, " I'll send him in for you."
"Okay. Thanks for coming." Nala said, getting up.
"Hey, you shouldn't be up and walking." I said, then I saw that she was moving fine and there was no sign of her actually getting hurt.
"What the hell?" I asked, amazed.
"What? Oh you mean, how can I be fine after just being stabbed. You see I'm special in a few ways. For example, if a get an serious injury, my body will turn of and heal. Then I will wake up and be fine." Nala explained.
"That is awesome!" I said, "Aslo is this yours?" I asked handing her the leather brace.
"I was wondering where that went! Thanks." Nala said, taking it from me and putting it on her right arm.
"Uh. What is it?" I asked.
"It's called a Phantom Hook. I made when I was 12, infact I finished it the day before I met you and bebop." Nala replied, "Do you remember that day?"
"Yeah, you threatened to kill us." I replied, laughing slightly.
"I forget the minor details." Nala said, putting her hand into one of her pockets and pulling out a bit of black fabric. She then tied it around her face and made a mask.
"Right. I really have got to go. I'll send Sjin in for you." I said, leaving.
