Kags's nephew

Ok so, I know it's been like for fucking ever since I updated last, but I've been super busy doing summer stuff :33 anyway, this idea popped into my head for some reason while I was omw home from holiday so I wrote it. Hope yall enjoy!

Kageyamas sister = miwa
Kags bsf = hakai

Kageyamas sister was pregnant but he never told anyone on his team because he never thought it was relevant to their practice. Infact he never actually talked about his life at all so his teammates didn't know that much about him at all.
One of the things he never told his teammates was the fact that his sister was 9months pregnant. The baby was at some point that month but kags didn't know when so he just tried his best to keep an eye on his phone.
However, this day in particular, kags team was so caught up in his 5v5 team practice that he didn't notice the shit storm of messages and calls coming through on his phone from his mum, his sisters boyfriend and his bestfriend.
Half way through their practice, after they had just started their break, there was a loud squeaking of sneakers near the entrance. Everyone's eyes swivelled to the door to see a girl rush in, trying to catch her breath and frantically look around the room.
"Kai??" Kageyama asked confused and the girls head whipped round, eyes locking with his. "What are you doing here?"
The girl frantically pointed to her phone, still trying to catch her breath. Kageyama looked even more confused and shook his head slightly.
"It's...its miwa" she said breathlessly, and showed him the phone that had a caller ID. "Shit" Kageyamas eyes widen in realisation and he walks forward slightly. Kai took an AirPod out of her ear and handed it to Kageyama who put it in. He sat down and bouncing his knee, anxiously while Hakai paced back and forth, biting her nails. The team looked at the two of them, exchanging confused glances. Tanaka leaned closer to suga, who was the closest to him and nudged him.
"Whats happening?" He whispered curiously
"Don't ask me" suga replied
"Kageyama looks kinda stressed" daichi whispered, joining in the conversation
"Yea, I wonder what's going on" Enno whispered, also joining the convo. Across the hall, hinata and Yamaguchi were trying there best to eavesdrop on what was going on but had no luck because of the headphones. Tsukki stood next to them trying to pretend that he didn't care but it was pretty obvious that he was curious about the situation.
After a few minutes of pacing back and forth and anxious looks, kags and Kai finally heard something on the other end. Both of them looked at eachother wide eyed and Kageyama stood up in anticipation.
"She did it!" The boyfriend said from the other end "you wanna know the gender?"
"Yes omg tell us!" Kai exclaimed excitedly and the team looked utterly confused. Suga raised an eyebrow at Daichi and Daichi shrugged before turning to listen again.
"Its...." The boyfriend started and Kageyama bit his lip nervously "a boy!!!"
Both kai and kags jaws dropped in shocked excitement and Kai clasped her hands infront of her face, giggling happily.
"Yes yes congratulations!!! Oh my god, yes!!!" She exclaimed and rushed over to Kageyama. He picked her up and spun her around, laughing happily before putting her down, keeping their faces close together. Hakai had tears in her eyes and she smiled, placing both hands on Kageyamas face, rubbing his cheeks with her thumbs.
"Your an uncle kags...oh my god your an uncle" she said quietly and Kageyama grinned. There was a low rustling sound and n the other end before they heard a switch in people.
"Hey guys" a croaky voice said from the other end of the phone. And both teens turned their attention back to the phone.
"Hey miwa, congrats" Kageyama said, the grin prominent bin his voice
"Thanks lol bro" she said back quietly.
"How does it feel to be a mom?" I asked quickly
"Unusual but I'll get used to it. You should see his smile. I'll show you hold on" she replied and pressed FaceTime. Hakai quickly accepted and miwa angled the camera so that they could see Kageyamas nephew. Hakai gasped and turned to Kageyama who was staring at the screen with a sparkling smiled on his face.
"Look tobio, he looks just like you" Kai whispered and leaned into his side, wrapping arms around his waist.
After a short convo, Hakai turned to the rest of the team who were confused and explained to them what was going on.
"So come on, who wants to see Tobias nephew??" She asked and the team all crowded around her phone, taking turns to look at the new born and coo at his cutenes while patting kags on the back.
