Hermione's POV
It's been 2 months now and she still not ready to tell him she's 2 months pregnant.
"Belle you have to tell him! He has right to know."
"I can't! I don't know how!" She burst into tears again, in 2 months professor McGonagall let belle sleep in my dorm, I caress her back.
"I'll help you to tell him belle, you have to tell him the truth. Soon you'll someone who isn't the father of your baby it will be your conscience, draco has the right to know. And you can't hide that baby bump."
"I'm scared Hermione, my parents are going to visit soon I'll tell them soon but not to draco I am really scared."
"Okay okay don't stress out I'm not gonna forced you if you don't want to tell him." I hugged her she's going through a lot. Professor Mcgonagall walked in with madam pomfrey
"Ms. Avery how's your feeling?" Professor Mcgonagall
"Tired, sleepy, exhausted and I always have nausea."
"It's natural symptom for the first trimester. Here's your vitamins don't forget to drink it and this is for your vomiting and lightheaded. Have you decided to tell him?" Madam Pomfrey asked
"I'm not ready madam pomfrey, I am scared for what he's gonna react, he's clearly dating someone."
"If you're not ready that's fine. But you have to decide not just for you but also for the baby." Professor Mcgonagall said
"I will professor. Thank you."

Third Person's POV
Belle walked in three broomsticks seeing her parents waiting for her. She's crying when she approached them revealing her baby bump
"I'm sorry! I did this with draco, he doesn't know I'm scared to tell him."
"You have to tell him soon were gonna have a talk to Lucius and Narcissa if draco didn't take responsibility with this I'll torture him." Knox said
"Aren't you mad at me? I'm pregnant, I wasn't supposed to be." Belle asked
"You are our daughter, we trust you and we know that you are matured enough for this. Our worries is your pregnancy, if you need anything call our house elves and they're gonna give everything you need." Isabelle said
"Thank you mum, dad"
"It's nothing dear, thank you for giving us a grandchild." They hugged their daughter.

Belle walked in Slytherin common room, Blaise, Theo, Daphne, Astoria, Millicent, Pansy, Draco and Goyle are sitting in the couch with pumpkin juice and pumpkin pasties she throw up
"Belle are you okay?" Pansy asked
"I-I'm f--" she fainted due to pansy's flexibility she got caught draco lifted her and they are running towards hospital wing on their way Hermione, Ron and Harry saw them
"What happened?? Draco!"
"I don't know granger! We need to get her in hospital wing instantly."
"Damn it." Harry swear under his breathe
Draco laid belle in hospital bed, madam pomfrey is checking her pulse.
"Tsk what you all are eating?" Madam Pomfrey asked
"Pumpkin juice and pumpkin pasties. She throw up before fainting! What's going on with her?" Daphne said
"Eliminate pumpkin juice and pumpkin pasties for Belle's sake, first trimester of pregnancy is very sensitive."
"Pregnant?" They all asked except for harry, ron and hermione
"Well Mr. Malfoy congratulations, you're the father. She's 2 months pregnant."
"3 months madam pomfrey." Hermione said
"3 months and you didn't told me? I was supposed to be there for her and her 3 months pregnancy not hanging out with friends!" Draco is clearly upset
"She's scared to tell you, she think you are dating someone! Don't fucking blame us for not telling you! It's your job to find out." Ron punched draco
"Don't fight here! Ron stop!!!" Hermione pulled Ron away from draco
"I'm not dating anyone! Fucking self! Damn fucking thing." Draco burst into tears he faced Astoria
"Stay away from me Astoria and don't you fucking dare to touch Belle." His remark is full of anger, Astoria run out of hospital wing
"Ron, harry let's go, we need to get something for Belle." Hermione said
Belle's friends are waiting for her to wake up
"Visiting time is already end, go back to your dormitories."
"Can I stay?" Draco asked
"You want to stay okay, you can take the other bed to sleep."
"No need madam pomfrey, I'll sleep here on the chair next to her."
