Crashing my lips into hers, my heart once again burst inside my chest as she hold me in her arms. I let myself melt in her embrace as we keep each other warm in this cold night.
Her lips travelled to my jaw and lightly suck the skin there, making me audibly gasp. She knows me too well. Too damn well.
"I missed you, baby" she whispered in my ear, pressing a gentle kiss on it as she caresses the exposed skin of my tummy using her thumb.
"Me too" I said, smiling at her.
Just like before, we spent our night together, holding each other before we go back to reality. A reality that I want to escape so bad.
In this world of uncertainties, I'm certain of one thing and that's my love for her. I really love her. I love Hyunjin more than anything in this cruel world.
"I love you" she said sweetly, pressing one last kiss on my lips before drifting away from my touch.
"I love you too" I mumbled watching her leave as the sun rises.
Even in this lifetime, we still can't be just happy together without something holding us back.
