3rd person's POV
Hyunjin calls Heejin from the kitchen and the girl came after a few seconds. There's a bowl of Korean soybean paste soup on the table and there are also side dishes.
"Eat" Hyunjin said, sitting on one of the chairs.
Heejin sits down and started eating. She looks so hungry, Hyunjin thought.
"Are they starving you?" Hyunjin asked, that was meant to be a joke, but Heejin nods and continue eating.
"They're starving you?" Hyunjin asked again.
"Hmmm, yeah" Heejin said, sipping the broth.
"Don't go back to your mansion" Hyunjin said and Heejin looks at her.
"And then see a bunch of men in black at school looking for me? Hard pass" Heejin said, eating the veggies on the side.
"I can provide you the security" Hyunjin said, looking dead serious.
"Then you're parents will-" Hyunjin didn't let Heejin finish her sentence.
"They know" she said
"How did they react?" Heejin asked
"It was not what I expected, but it was great" Hyunjin smiled
"Mom, dad" Hyunjin enters the master bedroom and bow her head to her parents.
"Uno, what's up?" Mr Kim said, sitting on the edge of the bed, wearing his pajamas.
"I have something to tell the both of you" Hyunjin said, fiddling with the hem of her pajama top.
"What is it, darling?" Mrs Kim tears off her gaze from the mirror and look at her daughter.
"I'm dating someone" Hyunjin said and she didn't expect her parents to look so calm like how they're right now. Mr Kim breaks out a smile and whistled.
"I told you that our Uno is dating someone" Mrs Kim said while making her way to the bed, sitting beside her husband. She's a mother, she notices it from her daughter's actions. She also noticed how glowing Yerim is these past few days and it also seems like Hyeju is courting someone.
"Who's the lucky girl?" it's not a secret to him that all of his daughters aren't attracted to men.
"Jeon Heejin" Hyunjin said with her eyes closed, expecting a slap or even a bullet. She's ready to take whatever her dad is going to give her.
"Hyunjin, honey, why are you closing your eyes?" Mrs Kim laughs, making Hyunjin open her eyes, seeing her parents still seated on the bed with smiles on their faces.
"How long have you guys been dating?" Mr Kim asked
"For about two years" Hyunjin answered
"Damn, your relationship is more stable than Tres' grades" Mr Kim commented
"I HEARD THAT!" they heard Hyeju from outside the room.
"What the hell are you doing there?"
The door opened and the two peek inside.
"Hi, we're worried that you're gonna kill Uno, so we stayed here" Yerim said and Mr Kim laughs.
"Why would I do that? She's my daughter" he said, gesturing the two to come inside.
"The one she's dating is a Jeon, dad" Hyeju said, "That's why we were worried that you'll snap at Uno"
Mr Kim once again laughs, "She's not the one who did those things"
"Tell us about her, darling" he said with a smile and Hyunjin started telling them stories about Heejin.
"They reacted like that?" Heejin asked and bitterly chuckles.
"Yeah" Hyunjin said, opening her mouth for Heejin to feed her.
Heejin really envies Kim Family. They're ruthless and all, but they know what a family is. They don't hurt innocent people and they don't hurt children not like her dad. She really regrets being a Jeon. She regrets having Jeon Jihyuk as her father.
"WASSUP BITCHES!"
The two of them almost jump in surprise because of Ryujin.
"Ryujin, what the fuck" Heejin slapped Ryujin's arm, earning a hiss of pain from the latter.
"Wassup, boss and boss' gf" Soojin came with groceries in her hands, placing the eco bags on the counter.
"What's up with the groceries?" Ryujin asked, right after dismissal, Soojin just dragged her to the grocery store and didn't bother to tell her what is it for.
"We're gonna stay here for a while" Hyunjin said
"What?" Heejin asked
"I told you that I'm not letting you go back to that toxic place again" Hyunjin said, moving her hand to loosen up her tie.
"Oh no" Ryujin said
"I better not hear unholy sounds at the middle of the night" she added and Heejin chokes on her food.
"Excuse you?" Hyunjin raised her eyebrow, looking at Ryujin while her hands move to give Heejin a glass of water.
"I'm not that type of person, Ryujin. You know that" she said, patting Heejin's back. She never even has seen Heejin naked. And earlier was the first time she saw Heejin without upper garments, but bra.
"I'm just kidding, hell" Ryujin said
"You should be like her, Ryu" Soojin said, biting an apple.
"What are you trying to say?"
Here they go again.
Hyunjin gestured Heejin to hurry up and once she's done, the two of them went to the guest room, leaving the two girls fighting there.
"Do we need to go to shopping for your clothes?" Hyunjin asked, looking at the few clothes of them in the closet.
"No need. I can just wash them right after using" Heejin said and Hyunjin cocks an eyebrow at her.
"You don't know how to wash clothes, Heejin" she said
"I can learn, Uno. I can ask Ryujin or Soojin how to do it or I can just watch some videos on YouTube. There may be some tutorials there" Heejin said, sitting comfortably on the soft mattress.
Hyunjin handed Heejin her phone and said, "Place the stuffs you like in the cart and I'll get it delivered tomorrow"
"Hyunjin, it's okay-" Hyunjin shut Heejin up by pressing a quick peck on her lips.
"Shut up and just do what I said" Hyunjin said before laying down and use her girlfriend's thigh as a pillow.
"Just do it before I buy a whole ass branch of Chanel for you" she added and Heejin sighs in defeat.
She's in the middle of adding products to the cart when Hyunjin speak, "Buy some clothes that can cover your tummy"
"I know how wonderful your abs looks, but I'm worried that you'll get sick, so consider buying something that's not a crop top"
