*Roselyn POV
*3 days after the Winter Ball*

"Roselyn I need to talk to you," Sirius said walking up to me.

"Sirius what are you doing here?"

"You won't return my letters,"

I turn to look at James. "Did you do this?"

"No he didn't do this. I had no choice but to come here,"

"After I said stay out! You have to go!" I said getting up walking to the door.

"I'm not going until you talk to me,"

I grab his shoulder and start pulling him towards the door.

"Why haven't you answered my letters back?" He said stopping in front of the door.

"There couldn't be a worse time to have this conversation,"

"Really? It seems to be the only time to have this conversation,"

"Go home, okay? I will talk to you tomorrow,"

"Well sure I believe that," he said in Very sarcastically tone.

"Hey! I have never lied to you. There's no reason to doubt my word,"

"56 unreturned letters isn't a reason?!" He yelled.

"No it, isn't,"

"You shutting me out like this is wrong,"

"I'm not discussing this here and not now,"

"You don't get to dictate this. You won't answer back, I did what I had to do. I'm sorry, but after all we've been through, especially after the last few months, you shutting me out is wrong! You know what hits me the hardest Rose?"

"Apparently it's not the door on your way out," I said.

"Your keeping stuff from me,"

"What?"

"I never thought you would do that,"

"I'm not keeping stuff from you,"

"Then why haven't you talked to me. Why were you avoiding me at school, huh? No matter where we've been in our relationship, you have always trusted me and told me everything, until now"

"I didn't tell you because I didn't want to. You promised me that you would never let me be alone, that you were going to be there," I said with tears at the brim of my eyes.

"Rose, please understand,"

"No I always understand, I don't want to understand. I don't want to talk about this. I've got myself that's all I need! That seems to be getting me through life right now!" I say wiping tears off my face. "I want to be alone and cool off. Respect that! I'll talk to your later,"

"You'll talk to me later? Great, I feel a whole lot better," he said sarcastically.

"You need to leave.... Right now,"

"This isn't right, I need you,"

"I know, I've told myself that I need you too! But I feel like you bail on me and it makes me mad and hurt! I can't change that in 5 minutes!"

"You think I like this situation? Do you? After what you and I have had going on!"

"Sirius, do you remember why we're here? What event in our life's cause this very pleasant moment we're sharing?"

"That has nothing to do with this,"

"It has everything to do with this! Sirius, what do you want from me?!"

"I want to talk!"

"About what?!"

"I don't know. I just.... I don't like how things are,"

"But that's how they are,"

"I didn't want things to turn out this way,"

"But they did!" I yelled.

"But I didn't want that!"

"Sirius, did you fuck with Cordelia?"

"Yes,"

"Has that event changed yet?"

"No,"

"Are you going to travel back in Time and change that event,"

"No,"

"Then, baby, we are where we are. Accept it,"

" I can't,"

"Don't you understand that I can't talk to you because it hurts?! Talking to you really hurts! Standing here right now is killing me, Okay?! Don't you understand that!"

"Sirius, I think you better go now," James said walking in.

"James, I...,"

"Leave now," James said pointing at the door.

Sirius stared at Roselyn for a second and sighed. Roselyn walked away from the door. He opened the door and left. Roselyn stood there and James hugged her. She fell to the floor and cried.
