Chapter 6

Children?

I quickly put on a bra and panties then pull Kol's shirt over my head.
"I'll be a sec" i kiss his lips softly and run out of the room.

I walk down the halls of the compound and down the steps to Rebekah , Elijah and Klaus having a drink in the dining room.
"Ah Rosalee we were just speaking of you" Elijah announces , i smile awkwardly.
"Nothing bad , just how we heard you and Kol having quiet the time upstairs" Rebekah giggles , i suddenly feel strong arms wrap around my waist.
A hard chest pressed against my back.
A chin rest on my shoulder.

"It was quiet the time , the best I've had in 1000 years" I hear that familiar voice smirk.
"Kol a shirt would be nice" Hayley laughs as she enters the dining room with hope.
"Ooo give me the baby" i smile as I hold out my arms and approach the female hybrid holding a blue eyed baby.

I rest the baby girl on my hip and baby talk her.
"Aren't you adorable , I could just cuddle you to death" i kiss her cheek.
"Please don't kill my daughter" Hayley laughs. We all laugh together at Hayley's comment.

Kol's pov

Watching her with Hope is adorable , she loves babies. But watching her with Hope also reminds me that I'll never be able to give her a family , god I hate my mother sometimes.

She is great with kids.

"Rose , have you ever thought about having kids of your own?" Freya asks , she looks down then at Hope.
"I would love to have kids but I wouldn't want to do it without Kol , that's impossible so no" she says with a sad tone , she turns around and hands me Hope then walks away.
"I'm so sorry Kol I didn't mean to upset her" my sister apologises , i nod and hand the baby to her mother , i then chase after my ... Rosie.

"Rosie wait" i shout quietly , she stops and turns around with tears in her eyes. I know she wanted kids in the future and I know I stopped that for her by there are other ways.
"Dont be upset darling , come here" I hold out my arms , he drops her head on my chest and wraps her arms around my torso as I hear tiny cries leave her mouth.
"You know there are other ways if you ever want kids in the future , love" i reassure her as i stroke her hair.
"I-I know" she whispers.

I pick her up with her legs around my waist and her head on my shoulder and carry her into my bedroom , placing her down on the bed.

"Ill run you a warm bath to relax"

I enter the bathroom and run the hot and cold tap.

Late night baths are the best , so relaxing. They also help me sleep.

"Darling it's ready , I've set your pyjamas and other things on the toilet seat" he smiles , he cups my face and plants a soft kiss on my forehead.
"Thank you"

I walk into the bathroom and undress myself looking in the full body mirror.

Hickeys , marks.

They cover my thighs.

My neck.

My chest.

My v-line.

I whisper a spell to heal all of the marks on my body so that I can wear normal clothes again , so nobody outside of the compound see them.

I get into the warm bubble bath and lean back comfortably.

Tomorrow I think im going to start researching this soulmate thing.

Around a week later

My eyes slowly flutter open as the urge to throw up fills my stomach and throat.

I rush out of bed and straight into the bathroom , dropping on my knees beside the toilet as it all spews out.

I feel a gush of wind around the room.

"Bloody hell love" I hear his voice say softly with a slight tone of panic.
I feel my hair get pulled away from my face and a hand caress my back softly.
"I don't want you to see me like this" i groan as I hide my face from him.

He leans around and moves a lose piece of hair away from my face with his soft finger as he turns my head to look at him.
"No matter what state your in you look gorgeous darling , don't hide from me" he chuckles lightly , he kisses my hair.
"Maybe you need to eat , come downstairs and I'll make you breakfast"

I clean myself up and walk out , i grab some clothes and change.

I head downstairs and see Kol making pancakes , my favourite.

Also the easiest thing he knows how to cook , he does usually cook since he is a vampire and all.

"Here , your favourite" he smiles as he hands me a plate.

I start to eat them but I can't help to continue to feel sick , like they are making it worse.

"I can't eat them , I'm sorry" I quickly cover my mouth and run over to the sink letting out the sick that yet again built up in my stomach and throat.
"Darling we need to see what is wrong with you" he sighs softly.
"I'm sure it's nothing" i shrug as I clean myself up a little.
"I'm gonna go and see Freya but I won't be long I promise" i tell him , I wash my mouth out with water then kiss him softly.

I head out and head to the place where Freya does magic as usual , that's where she usually is.

I walk in and see her sat on the steps.

"Hey"
"Hey"

"So I need a favour..." i say with a faint smile.
"Of corse" she smiles and approaches me.
"I need you to whip up anything to do with this soulmate stuff , I need to look for something" i tell her , she pulls out a few books and whispers a spell.

It all blows up with fire and a few pages get left with no damage , that means it is what we are looking for.
"May i ask what it is you want them for?" She asks as she hands them to me.
"Just a little research , I threw up this morning twice I just need to work something out and see the possibilities" i tell her as I skim through the pages.
"You want to see if your pregnant and if it's possible" she asks with a smile plastered on her face.
"Yes" i laugh.

"Found something" I say quickly and hand her the page.

(This was super hard to think of a way to explain it so I just wrote whatever came to my head)

"Freya is there a way you can check if I'm pregnant?" I ask , I don't know how to feel about it or how I will if I am pregnant but I guess we will find out.

She interlocks our fingers together and starts chanting a spell , I'm not sure what it is but yeah.

She pulls away looking shocked.
