-the same day(7:45am)-
Chapa's pov:
Me and Miles were talking at my locker when Bose comes up to me
Bose:Chapa can we talk
Chapa:i don't know are you gonna throw me against a wall again
Bose:i didn't do that
Chapa:yes you did plus i need your thumbprint
Bose:ok
Janitor:there you go you guys have separate lockers now
Bose:you did not just do that
Chapa:oh but i did now walk away i need to get to class
Bose:what happened to your leg
Chapa:you now bye
I walk-or should i say crutch over to writing class trying to carry my books at the same time but end up failing.My books drop and i start using my crutch to push my books.After 2 minutes i decide to give in and yell at my books.
Chapa:OH COME ON GAH
Miles:you need help
Chapa:ahhh
Miles:sorry didn't mean to scare ya like that but do you
Chapa:its fine and that would be wonderful
Miles picks up my books and we walk to class together.When we walk into the class i see Mika talking to Bose but she looks over and changes from laughing to mad.Me and Miles brush it off and we both sit down,wait for the teacher to teach,and listen.
-at the lockers,almost lunch-
Miles:so i was thinking that after we could get ice cream
Chapa:sure but why
Miles:to help you feel better after the incident
Chapa:ok well what time
Miles:does right after school seem good
Chapa:yea i can do tha-
Lauren:well well well
Chapa:ugh Lauren what do you want
Lauren:i heard that you and Bose broke up
Chapa:how did you know that
Lauren:Mika told me
Chapa:look Lauren i thought i told you last time that you don't wanna get on my nerves
Lauren:you did but I actually want to see if you have the guts to do it now
Chapa:if you think that could work then go somewhere else
Lauren:aww but that would be a shame if i don't get to ask you my questions

Chapa:No why
Lauren:your short hair makes you look like a boy
Chapa:ok
Lauren:i'm just saying that if my parents let me have short hair then i would turn down the opportunity

Lauren:matter of fact i haven't seen a parent pick you up from school at all this year

Lauren:where is your parents then Chapa are they dead
Miles's pov:
Chapa:that is none of your business
Lauren:i'm just asking a question so answer are they dead
I see Chapa has tears in her eyes and starts to crutch towards the door
Miles:you went to far Lauren
Lauren:i don't care
I run out of the building looking in part of the area and don't find her.I start looking around town but soon grow tired so i go into the nice nacho ball.Once i walk in i look in the back and see a crutch so i went to look.I was right in front of the table and she must of heard me
Chapa:for the last time i do not want to order anything
Miles:i thought you were the waitress in the group not me
Chapa:Miles wha-what are you doing here
Miles:i came to look for you
Chapa:oh ok
She puts her head in her hands again but now i feel bad.
Miles:can i sit?
Chapa:sure
I sit down next to her and start rubbing her back in circles while i put my head on her shoulder trying to comfort her.I then get an idea so i spring up from my seat.
Miles:i will be right back
Chapa:ok
I go over to the counter and order a platter of nachos.i set it down on the table and Chapa picks her head up
Chapa:whats this
Miles:nachos for you
Chapa:i really appreciate it but I'm not hungry um right now you can have it
Miles:you sure normally you always want nachos
Chapa:i get it your trying to be nice but its not gonna work sorry
Miles:oh well then i'll be at school see ya tonight
Chapa:yep
Before i can leave i over hear the employees talking about how they need people to help today
Miles:you know Chapa This nacho ball could really use some help today wanna help with me
Chapa:not really i'm too bummed
Miles:ok wait one sec
I go to Mandy who i think is the manager and ask for something very important
Miles:do you have 2 pairs of roller skates and a speaker
Mandy:yes why
Miles:can i borrow them
Mandy:sure but what for?
Miles:my best friend got bullied at school because her parents are dead so now I'm trying to cheer her up
Mandy:oh then go right ahead
Miles:thank you
I grab the things and set them down on the table.i quickly set up my phone and start putting a pair of skates on.Chapa looks up with a confused face on.
Miles:put on the roller skates
Chapa:ok?are you gonna tell me why
Miles:no not yet at least
Chapa:ok
I see her start to put her skates on so i just finish tying the other shoe.After she ties a skate she stands up with her arms crossed
Chapa:what happens now the doctor said that i can't take the boot off unless I'm showering
Miles:well then skate on one foot and use the other to stop
Chapa:are you crazy i don't know how to skate on one leg
Miles:at least try and if you need help then i will help you.
Chapa:fine
I grab a platter and put some orders on it.All night I skate around with Chapa waiting tables till Nacho ball closes.We both walk back to my house and make popcorn so we can watch yet again another movie.I started scrolling through the guide on the tv and saw dog bachelor
Miles:CHAPA
Chapa:YEA
Miles:HAVE YOU WATCHED THE LATEST DOG BACHELOR YET
Chapa:NO WHY DO YOU KNOW
I then hear the stairs and someone rushing into my room
Chapa:please don't tell me you know who Ruffles picked
Miles:i don't jeese i've never seen a person so serious about a show
Chapa:it's not just a show its dogs finding love on television
Miles:k well we're just in time because their showing who ruffles is picking right now
Chapa:ooh yay scoot over a bit
Miles:mkay
-after the picking-
Chapa:i told you Ruffles was gonna pick Charlene
Miles:Ruffles should've of picked My girl Martha
Chapa:no way man Charlene is fit way better for Ruffles

They both start the movie with them according to Miles cuddling as best friends.Anyways As the movie played the two teens drift in and out of sleep still holding each other in their arms.soon enough they both fall asleep and perfect timing because Miles's parents came in too say goodnight
Miles's mom:Miles can i come in
She walks in and looks to her left and is surprised to see the two teen best friends cuddling like they were a couple
Miles's mom:i don't get their love
Miles's dad:what do you mean its adorable
Miles's mom:well first they say their best friends but now their cuddling like their a couple
Miles's dad:just let them live their lives
Miles's mom:yea your right
They leave the room and let the kids sleep peacefully in each others arms
