⚠️ warning: mentions of rape ⚠️

The next day at school, Jisoo didn't show up once again.

Actually, she never texted me back from the day before. I stopped by her house earlier this morning, but her parents told me that she was terribly sick and wanted to be isolated so she wouldn't spread it to anyone. They wouldn't even let me through the front door, so I knew it had to be serious.

But, even if she was sick, that gives her even more of a reason to text me since I can't see her in person, right? Jisoo always made sure to contact me when she couldn't be at school, no matter the situation.

I couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong here, but I decided to brush it off and stop by later to see if she would possibly let me see her.

I slung my bag over my shoulder after locking my bike and walked to the front doors of the school, stepping inside to be greeted by the constant chatter of the other students.

Just a regular old day in this hell hole.

Or so I thought.

I hung up my bag in my locker and made my way to the cafeteria, actually feeling quite lonely without Jisoo with me. It made me realize just how much of a loner I really was.

I didn't see Taeyong anywhere either.

"Man, this sucks..." I grumbled as I joined the breakfast line. I grabbed my breakfast tray from the table at the side and waited, my finger tapping on the metal material.

Somehow I ended up behind three giant jocks, and I rolled my eyes at the douche energy already oozing off of them.

Unconsciously, I listened in to their conversation as I waited for the line to move up, a scoff already leaving my lips once I heard their childish laughter. The rest of the cafeteria was loud and filled with noise, but somehow I was able to make out their conversation.

"But yeah man, that Jennie chick is scary as hell. I almost rejected her offer, she's so crazy she would probably get me expelled for fun!" One snorted out.

"Yeah, but who could pass up on an offer like that? Being able to smash a chick like that nerd girl? Her body is tight bruh!" Another one said, and I furrowed my brows, listening more into the conversation.

"Man you're right. God, her body was so much better than I imagined. The rumors didn't do her any justice, seeing her up close was amazing."

"I liked when she started screaming. Jesus, she was begging us to stop! Little bitch had quite the throat too."

"Right? Even after having all three of us she was still like a ziplock! Sealed us tight huh?" The third one nudged his friends, and they all laughed.

I felt my eye twitch with disgust. The line moved up a bit, and as I kept my eyes trained on the jocks' backs my mind and heart did front flips. I couldn't help but feel like they were talking about Jisoo.

Could that be why she didn't come to school today? Was she threatened to stay silent? That damn Jennie....what did she do...? Did she pay them to do it?

My thoughts swirled through my brain as the breakfast line moved up, and eventually I was in front of breakfast items, the lunch lady peering at me from behind the glass.

"Young lady...are you going to pick your items or do I have to do it for you?"

Her voice snapped me out of my cloud of thought, and I apologized, grabbing an apple and a bottle of orange juice. I had lost my appetite thinking about the situation, my mind filled up with fog.
