Hunting

Emma's POV

Me, and Gilda went to hunt. Anna is with us just in case if we get hurt. Its been a while since I hunted. To be honest we hate the meat from the store so we finally decided we should hunt instead. Gilda so far has caught a deer, rabbit, and a fox. I have caught a wolf, deer, and 3 rabbits. Anna went fishing. It is so nice to be outside where the air is fresh. I saw a blackberry bush. I picked one then started moving it up and down with my fingers.

 "These are safe". I said as I picked each one. 

I begin to walk and I found a creek. There was plenty of fish. I walked back into the forest and found a deer. I draw my arrow at the deer. I aimed near the head. We didn't use guns since we didn't trust the bullets to not leak and poison the prey. Began to shoot my arrow. It missed and the deer ran away. 

" damn it" I whispered.

"It was a nice shot Emma". I hear behind me 

I jumped and turned around to see Anna

" you scared me" I commented

"Sorry anyway we should empty our catch  in the truck so we can come back for more".

I nodded and started to head back to the truck

Gilda's  POV

I emptied my load in the truck. I started going back in the forest. I found a Orange Tree. I picked the oranges that were big and orange. It reminded me of Emma. When we were 4 I started to compare Emma to an Orange. I picked the ones I was able to reach. I started to heading to a apple tree. The apples were red. I knew that Don, Annie, Me, Emma, and Norman liked the red ones. I started to pick as much as I could since most of us liked the red ones. Most of them were high so I started to climb the tree. I managed to get down safely. I knew I had to find green apples or else Ray and Nat would go crazy. I began walking I found a pear tree but I didn't get any. I found a green apple tree after walking for 7 minutes. They were high up I knew I couldn't climb that high so I got a  ladder and placed it below the apples. After I picked a good amount started to head back. When I got there I saw Anna dump a load of fish in the 2nd mini cooler. I saw a snake that I never seen before. 

"Hey Anna?" 

"What?"

"I just saw a snake" I commented

"What kind"

"Don't know" 

(Describes the snake)

"GILDA!" 

I was surprised that she shouted 

"What?" I replied

"That was a (Insert a venomous snake)!"

"is it Venomous?" I asked

"Yes Gilda!"

"They live near the Eastern creek!"

"But isn't Emma hunting near the Eastern creek!" I exclaim

Emma's POV

I saw a rabbit going near a creek. I followed it. I Drew my arrow and quietly stepped forward. I suddenly hear a loud hiss, then saw a snake. The snake pierced its fangs in me. My leg went num and I fell on the ground. I screamed as I felt a stinging pain in my leg. I started to run. While I was running I felt something tear open. I didn't know what it was. When I got back Anna started to treat my leg. We came back home.
