A New Friend

Emma's POV

Ray and Norman asked me to meet them. "Hey guys what's up" I say. "Were heading to the skating rink do you wanna come Emma." Norman asked. "Sure is the others coming" "no they are playing games with the children". Norman replied. " sure! " I answered. "then off we go" ray replied. 

Rays POV

Me and Norman entered the locker room and started to change. I took the chance and I took it. I pinned Norman onto a locker and started kissing him. Few seconds later we started to make out. We enjoyed it. When we stopped we got dressed and head out.

Emma's POV

I got changed and went out. Seems like Norman and Ray are slow today. I walked to a benched a sat. A guy came next to me. He had a cigarette. I ignored him and started playing a game on my phone. Few moments later they still didn't come out. I stop playing and looked up trying to find them. "Hey gorgeous" the man said. "Umm hi" I responded. "What are you doing alone out in the cold". Oh I'm not alone my friends are just changing in the locker room." " oh okay so you single or whatever ". I was kinda shock of the question but I think he wants to be my friend. " um yea I am." "Oh so you don't have a boyfriend or girlfriend." "Nope I'm a single pringle UWU". I said proudly." "do you need help picking out skates." The man said. " you should stop smoking its bad for your health sir." I said. He looked at me then took his cigarette out and threw it away." I'm sorry my wife and kids got in a car crash while I was at work and they didn't make it....". I felt bad for him. I don't know what I would do if Crystalline, Shelley, and Raymond got in a accident and died. "Oh I'm so sorry to hear that!". " its fine it happend a month ago. When I'm sad I just remind myself that they are in a happy place". That was sweet words he said. I thought I should introduce myself. "I'm Emma, I am 19 years old." I said looking at him smiling. "I'm Preston Hughes I am 24 years old.

( note about him being 24 and having kids. Its a thing because my Step Mom had my older twin Step Brothers at the age of 24. )

 What's your last name?" He said. " oh I don't have one, I grew up in a orphanage. My caretaker finally had enough money to buy us all a house to live in." I explained. "Oh then what's her last name". the man looked at me. " oh she was also an orphan in the orphanage. She was picked to take care of us after the caretaker retired. " I said. "Oh so y'all don't have last names. You know you can legally change your name, g u can keep Emma but change your last name to anything." The man said. "Oh I never knew that" I replied. "its always great to know." The man said. 

( I'm sorry most of POV is Ray I try to make it mix but keep going back to Ray so imma go against my will and make Norman's POV to be more common )

Norman's POV

When we walked out we say Emma chatting to a guy. He looked nice and seemed to not bother Emma so we were okay. "Ray, Norman. Look I made a new friend". The guy waved at us. "So wanna pick out skates" . Ray said. "Sure lets go". We went and picked out skates. " So what are your names. " The guy said. "I'm Norman, and this is Ray we are both 19." I said. " Nice to meet you, I'm Preston Hughes, I'm 24." "Hey I have to go my friend is waiting for me anyway bye". Preston then got up and left.

" Emma before you put on your skates do you want to get something to eat" I said. "Sure guys".
