Snow Day

Rays POV

After Breakfast, I went in to change into snow gear because me, Norman, and Emma where going out in the snow. After I was ready I went out to meet them on top of a mountain. A few minutes later they arrived. "So skiing or snow boarding?" I said. " Snow boarding! " Emma yelled and jumped. "Alright Emma we will do snow boarding just don't cry when you fall of in the snow." I teased. "Is that a challenge Ray!?" Emma looked at me with challenging eyes. "I don't know maybe!" "Oh your on!" Me and Emma quickly grabbed our snow boards and went down the hill.  I never noticed how steep this hill was. I almost fell down. I saw there was a edge and immediately stop my snow board. I look down and I was a  7 feet drop. I turn to see Emma going at a high speed. "EMMA WAIT SLOW DOWN THERES A CLIFF!!!" I yelled out but I was too late, she looked at me then boarded off the hill. Norman soon board down and stopped. "Did Emma just fell off!" Norman said worrying. "she did! We need to get down there!" We ran down but didn't see her anywhere. "Norman check that side ill check the other." I went to check if she was in the snow are at least something. 

5 minutes later me and Norman met up again. "Did you find her!" "No and its already getting dark" Norman said. "We need to keep looking!" I said. "Ray! Its almost night the wolves will come out soon we have to leave! she probably is back at the cabin." Norman begged for me to consider heading to the cabin. He believed Emma was alright and was already there. God he trusts her so much. "Ray..... Didn't Emma stop you from killing yourself. Didn't she organize and led the kids to the human world with you! She is capable of this she is probably worried sick for us we need to head back!" I finally decided to head back but I still had a feeling she was out there.

 Once we got back we saw the others gathered around the fire place drinking hot coco. "Welcome back. Where's Emma did she have to go to the bathroom or anything?". Gilda said. " wait so she isn't here!? " Norman asked. I started to panic. "Y'all are joking right Emma has to be here!". I said. The others shook there head. " we have to go back!" We started heading to the door but a person stopped us. "What the fuck! Let us threw!" I shouted at the man. "Sorry guys y'all can't come out we have been reported that many bear and wolf attacks have happend . We even found a man dead in the snow. We have to lock y'all in here so your safe." The man explained. "But our friend is out there right now!". Gilda claimed. " then sorry for your lost because all the people we found out this late have already died." The man then locked the door. I my vision started to fade and suddenly I went light headed and collapsed on the ground. "Ray!" Anna yelled. Then Crystalline came down stairs with her new puppy name amethyst. "What's going on Shelley and Raymond are already asleep.". " everything is fine Crystalline.". "That's bullshit and you know it!" Crystalline shouted. "I think you have been hanging around Ray too much." Nat replied. " I can get Emma!". "No your staying here". Norman stated. " aww man fine imma take Bro Ray tho." Crystalline then dragged me upstairs.

 "Ray wake the fuck up I know your getting the fuck out there with me so get your shit together and lets go!". Crystalline told me. That woke me up. " okay but how will we find her?" I said. " Amethyst will track her scent".

Crystalline then opened a hatch that led outside. "When was this here?" I asked. Crystalline just kept walking and following Amethyst. "Amethyst found something" Crystalline shouted. Amethyst began digging down in the snow. A minute later Amethyst barked and we headed over. I began to see an orange color in the snow. I started digging until I saw Emma. Her skin was cold as ice. I quickly took of my hat, scarf, and coat and wrapped them around her. "We need to get back!" I started walking then turned around to see Crystalline biting something. I walk closer and widened my eyes at what I saw.

Crystalline ripped of the man limbs and started to tear and eat them with her mouth. "C-Crystalline... What are you doing to that man." I said shaking. She stopped and looked at me. She smiled as I saw blood all over her mouth. "I'm eating this man! 😁". She said cheerfully.  I started stepping back with Emma in my hands. " I won't eat you dum ass. And I'm not eating a random guy." As she said that I looked at the guy. It was the same guy who locked our door preventing us from going out to find Emma. I looked at her and then smiled. "Come one lets clean you up when we get back.

When we got back I climbed threw the hatch with Emma on my back. I then carried her to my room and started to get a towel. I went in the bathroom and started the bath. I put some soap in so it would be a bubble bath. I turned it off and went to get Crystalline. I opened the door. As I saw the 6 year old, I knew that I had to keep this a secret or what god knows what will happen to her. " Crystalline its bath time". I said smiling at her. "Okay Brother Ray." She said cheerfully like nothing didn't happen. I then picked her up and started to head to the bathroom. As I started to undress her she looked at me. "You aren't gonna tell the others that I ate somebody are you....." She said. As I picked her up and put her in the bath I responded. "of course not. You didn't mean it and you are half demon so I can't blame you from eating that guy... Just don't do it again." I began scrubbing washing the blood off her. "Thanks Brother Ray." "Look at me real quick" I said. When she did I began washing the blood of her face. After I cleaned her up, I went and picked out one of her favorite pajamas. It was reminding me of when Mom used to do this for me and the kids. After I tucked her in and closed the lights I started heading to my room. As I walk in I ran another bath but this time it was for Emma. I picked her up and RESPECTIVELY removed her clothes.

After I washed Emma I took her and wrapped her in a towel and began walking into my room. As I walked in I saw Norman looking at me on my bed. 

(No joke I think Ray is now the Protagonist even when I meant it to be Emma, who else agrees)

"Why is Emma in a towel and why is she here". Norman shot a glance at me. I quickly placed her on the bed and began to sit next to Norman. " did you do anything to-" "WAIT WHAT NO WTF NORMAN!" I quickly shouted as I hid my blush. "Alright, anyway where was Emma did she come back." Norman looked at me. "No me, Amethyst, and Crystalline went and found her buried underneath the snow. she was cold as ice so I went to give her a warm bath okay. Lets not wake her up." I replied. "Ill get her Pajamas" Norman said. When we put her pajamas on we got all the blankets and wrapped it around her. We laid her down in the middle of us and went to sleep.
