Anxiousness lingered all over the hallway as they walked through it. Y/n brought Kei to see Ran together.
"Mama, where are we going?"
Y/n refused to talk and just patted Kei's head. After a few more minutes, she stopped in her tracks and slightly tilted her head as they faced the ICU.
She saw ran's body lying on the bed connected to a lot of apparatus, just by looking through the clear glass.
All of sudden, a doctor passed by and invited them to go inside, since it was already visiting time.
The both of them didn't hesitate and immediately followed the doctor.
"Good day Doc, may I ask how is he?" she asked.
"I'll explain later. Your condition matters," she whispered. Y/n remained silent and just nodded in curiosity
