It was a couple of weeks after The Incident and the children were safe now. The lady who lived there turned out to be the villager witness. She had only reported Charlotte and Agatha because she wanted to look like a good samaritan despite not living anywhere close to the village. We don't talk about what happened to her. The girls returned as many of the children to their homes as possible, but there were still around three children who could not find their way back home. However, that didn't mean that they were alone.
"And they lived happily ever after. The end," Agatha closed the book.
"That was a really nice story Aggie, but isn't this, like, the early 1700s? Shouldn't you be illiterate-" The child was hushed with a playful glare from Agatha. "We don't talk about that."
The End.
