Clarr'enar'shen, also known as Rrenar, is a good person. He has always seeked justice , even in the darkest times and stuck to his high moral standards, never "descending to the level of low-life scum", as he once himself said. The Chiss ISB agent always had problems with fitting in, either because people feared him or because he was just too different.

When the Empire took over, he saw how the war has come to an end, how unity and peace was brought by the new rising force in the galaxy. During his training, he learnt the glory of serving the Empire and the Emperor. He believed his actions were correct. He worked hard to be recognized and seen as someone with a name. More importantly, so he can have an impact on history, bring growth and prosperity to planets.

As years went by, he begun to notice the corrupt and megalomaniac system of the Imperial higher ranks. He strived to do his best and prove these people that they can gain more by being just and truthful. But his actions were left unseen, which often made him feel angry and irritated.

More years passed and he started to question if what he was doing really was the right thing? Hurting civilians? Lying about politics and operations? Assassinating and putting down everyone who dared to say their mind? Destroying the homes of many? Didn't sound like 'the right thing to do', but at the end of the day he couldn't do anything and for his own sake, he discarded these thoughts of his. Still, often at night, he laid eyes open, thinking about all he had done in the name of the Emperor. Was he really the monster others saw him as?

However, his work started to pay off, as he was noticed by many great leaders, such as Grand Admiral Thrawn, who he found quite the role model in. He decided that from now on, he'll fight and do anything to live up to the name the other Chiss commander created within the ranks of the Empire. Now with this new-found goal, his loyalty was reinforced. And Thrawn found his admiration flattering, often talking with or teaching the agent.

He felt the end was nearing prior the destruction of the first Death Star. After the Grand Admiral disappeared in the final battle over Lothal, he felt lost and pointless, not knowing what he should do with himself. When the Empire finally fell, he was ready to move on and live the rest of his life in peace, helping whoever he felt like was doing what's right.
