Your POV

it had been 2 weeks since you'd given birth to your daughter d/n, it was a blessing and you and Ethan were so grateful to have a baby together. Dont get me wrong the baby was great but the sleepless nights and lack of eating was catching up 2 u, you were the one who woke up in the middle of the night to feed the baby because well Ethan doesnt have boobs. So when the baby woke up and was crying you would hold her and feed her then put her back to sleep but unfortunately you couldn't get back to sleep, so you just layed in bed staring at the ceiling until the sun came u or the baby was crying again. Every night wasnt like this, Ethan would get up some times and help with the baby or see that your still up and stay up with you but it was mainly your job at night.

So it was another night were you woke up from the baby crying but this time when you put her back down to go to sleep you started crying, not because you hated being a parent but because you were tired and it was hard work. Your body was aching from giving birth and your head was pounding from your daughter crying, ypu then felt hands wrap around your waist and knew it was ethan.

Ethan- what's wrong amore?

Y/n- nothing I'm just tired

He then pulled you into his chest and rocked you back and forth calming you down and you did so immediately.

Y/n- being a parent is hard work man

Ethan- yes ik I thought it would be easier but it hasn't been.

Y/n- I love her tho and I would do anything for her

Ethan- same and t hat goes for you 2

You then smiled and kissed him, you were calming down and were ready to fall asleep until the baby started crying again

You then went to get up but Ethan stoped you

Ethan- it's ok bby I've got it go to sleep

Y/n- no Ethan it's ok I've got it
And you got up to attend to the baby once more

Ethan-y/n sit your sexy ass down

He was being serious and you sat back down and played your head on your pillow and watched Ethan hold the baby, he was such a good dad and a great boyfriend.

The baby then calmed down again and he claimed into bed with you

Ethan- we knew this was going to be tricky but think about all the good times were going to have

Y/n- ik like her first steps or her first words

Ethan the hummed in response while snuggling into your chest

Y/n- yk she lives me more right?

Ethan then laughed

Ethan- you wish she's a daddy's girl

Y/n- yeah in your dreams buddies, remember she's the one sucking in my boob everyday which equals for her loving me more and I carried her for 9 months

Ethan- ok fine u win but she might love me more when she's older so don't hold your breathe

Y/n- ok ok I won't

Ethan then kissed you once more before cuddling into you more and you both drifting off to sleep
