Loki- The TVA

Chapter 1

I'm sitting here, fiddling with the pen in my hand, waiting for the next nexus event to happen. Some days are slower than others, but you get used to it after a while. Finally, the monitor at the front of the room beeps, and I quickly sit up. I watch as Hunter B-15 walks up the the front, says something to the agents, then walks back. I get up and follow them out the room.

"Is it a bad event" I ask, walking next to them. I can tell they are annoyed by me, but I don't care, I just need some action.

"That's none of your business y/l/n" they respond.

"Can I come?" I ask, trying to keep up with them.

"No, this mission is important" they say.

I sigh and beg. "Please, please, please"

"No means no y/l/n, now stop before I prune you" they say. I groan and take a step back. I watch as B-15 gathers a group of hunters and walks through the time portal. Suddenly, there's a hand on my shoulder. I jump and turn around, ready to throw some punches.

"Woah calm down, its just me" Mobius says. I sigh a sigh of relief and smile.

"I didn't know you were back" I say.

"Yep, I just got back now" he says, when suddenly his watch beeps. "And of course i get another mission." I laugh and he smiles.

"Can I come?" I ask, hoping he will say yes.

Mobius thinks for a moment, "sure, why not".

I excitedly jump up and down and quickly follow him. We gather a group of hunters and prepare. Mobius opens the portal and we all walk through. I instantly see the bodies on the floor. I gasp and realize they are other hunters. We swiftly walk past them and prepare ourselves just incase someone or something attacks.

"By the way the bodies are laid out, I would say this was an unexpected attack." I say to mobius. He nods his head and I watch as he follows a small child who poked their head into the room. while he goes and talks to the child, I walk over to one of the bodies on the floor and hover my hand above them. I try to take a look into their mind, but its blank, like someone erased everything in their head. I look up and see a hunter handing mobius a case file. I walk over to investigate.

"What's that?" I ask, pointing to the folder in his hand.

"Ill tell you later, we need to go" Mobius says. I follow him back through the portal and we walk to his office.

"I got to go get someone, you wait in here for me, ok?" he tells me. I nod and watch as he walks away. I make my way to his desk and sit, grabbing a can of soda, surely he wouldn't mind me taking one. About 10 minutes later (Or was it 5 minutes, I'm not sure, time runs differently here) the doors open. I quickly stand up and face Mobius. I watch as someone else enters the room behind him. I furrow my brows.

"Y/n, meet Loki, Loki this is y/n".
